Cashier didn’t proved my total at the speaker and when I was waiting at the window she was more focused on her phone and when she desire to open the window she didn’t provide my total just said exact cash or card we. Do not have cash !!! That’s not the customer fault they can said that and the speaker instead of having me waiting and wasting my time at the DT window

I have come to salad and go about 5-10 times and 4 of those times they forgot something. And maybe it’s me for not checking my bag thoroughly but they ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING! The first time it was my dressing, second it was my pecans (that I paid extra for), third my hummus, and fourth they forgot my pita chips on the evening of 12/2/25. Each time I go there’s new staff, so maybe they aren’t being trained long enough to be thorough. Either way! You are reading from a listed pre order, do not put it away or give it to the customer until the order has been complete and bagged correctly. It really does make me angry because I LOVE the salads and drinks, but sadly I won’t be going here anymore because I should’ve have to help them do their job. Why must I continue to pay for things I don’t receive? I am a paying customer, I shouldn’t have to drive back 15 mins to get something because they were too careless to assure it was right the first time. I tried calling and of course there’s never an answer so enough is enough.

Every time I go through the drive thru, the service is good and polite. Portions are amazing for the price. I wanted to give a special shoutout to Elizabeth for going out of her way to tell us what ingredients had dairy and were not vegan friendly. Thank you Elizabeth!
