Usually I don’t have an issue with the substitutions but I asked for a salad with no bacon and arrived home to find bacon on my salad which I cannot eat. I called twice and have not received a call back. Very disappointed on how they handled this.

I just wanted the wrap and a drink combo for 7 Bucks. Came up to 8, not a bad idea. It's pretty good prcing for a good meal. burritos are usually pretty good and big in size and folded really good. But I got the steak fajita wrap. there was no steak, so I got chicken instead. there is not a lot of chicken. I don't know where all the juice came from, but it fell apart, and there was not a lot of chicken in it... it was really mushy and Soggy. it was my last $8 after the gym, so I was kind of a bummed because I don't want to go back up and complain over a dumb chicken wrap it's really not that big of a deal. it is more of a convenience thing. Usually, it's folded really well. It's not soggy, but next time, hopefully, it'll be better? Hopefully.... but I guess for tonight, I will eat with the fork off of my paperUpdated the service. Reaching out again about another visit to the same Salad and Go in Rowlett. I asked for no bacon and again they placed bacon on my wrap.I’m hoping you all can please talk to management about this situation. I want to patronize businesses in my city to help the tax base but this is getting out of hand.The Salad and Go in Sasche Texas always gets the order right. Never had a single issue.

I ordered 5 breakfast Southwest bowls. The food was cold. I was in a hurry to drop off kids at school and they tried to eat it on the way, but they all didn't like it cold, of course. Just in case you think we waited too long to start eating our food, we didn't wait, 3 of us started eating it on the drive to school. I literally dropped off 2 bowls next door at Planet Fitness so it wasn't like it was a long trip that breakfast got cold for the other 2 people. I stopped by an hour later after dropping my kids off at school to express my concerns about cold breakfast being served. The guy at the window said that the poblano pepper is served cold and eggs and sausage are served warm, but I told him the whole bowl was cold. He said that possibly the peppers made the eggs and sausage cold. Don't order bowls there, because they serve the bowls cold like a salad.

Tranika is the laziest employee in the establishment, she provides horrible customer service and over the speaker manages to somehow be even ruder. She was on phone while waiting I was outside the window for service, trying to get her attention about my salad. I guess her Tiktok was more important. I had to start honking to get her attention and once I got her attention she had an attitude. I was being nice the whole time but her frustration over a simple question blatantly obvious in her tone. I will not be coming back hopefully staff at another location will be nicer. I went to the one at Sachse and let’s just say I’ll continue going there.
