No need to tell them.I stopped going to the scooters by my house because it started tasting burnt, and it was never the same person, i also couldn't understand them on the speaker. (I go almost every day), so a 10/15 minute drive didn't bother me because the people that work here are amazing and kind! Highly recommend the Scooters in Rowlett!

The scooters in Rowlett Texas off Rowlett Road and 66 is the best. Great Customer Service and the Smoothies actually taste like smoothies.Now today I tried the scooters on 66 & dalrock wasn’t all that. The lady that took my order acted like he had an attitude and then my smoothie didn’t taste like a strawberry smoothie, it tasted like she barely added strawberries nd allot of ice. And to top it offIt wasn’t blended right.The manager needs to do better with employees at this location

I keep trying this place hoping to find something. I will say their smooties are fantastic. But I will stick with that coffee is brewed to weak and flavors leave a bitter note. I tried the breakfast burrito..Zero flavor and the hot sauce was basically tabasco with a diff name. Ill stick to smooties when I go.

Never had Scooter's coffee and I probably never will because its cheaper to brew my own coffee at home. The fact that this historical Rowlett building is anything other than a Hot Dog stand is actually disturbing to me. It actually used to be a hot dog stand about 30 years ago before some sad people decided we need a coffee shop or Starbucks on every street corner for some reason. If this building was a Hot Dog stand, (like it was designed to be) then I would probably go there and enjoy a hot dog.
