I came in like always and order myself a acai cocoa haze with everything on it. EVERYTIME I order this at this location I always worry about spilling my acai because how full the fill it, which makes my day every time until today. I was already concerned how low it was then when i asked them to correct it they said that next time i will be charged more for extra fruit . And the girl after me as well was very upset with the portion she received after paying 12$ . I would think after taking 30 mins to make my order they would make it correct but i guess not . AND i thought presentation was key but now days it doesn’t matter , I didn’t think i pulled up to dairy queen with them trying the flip trend !!😡

From her knowledge of her product to her bright smile, as a Smoothie Peasant (lol) she listened to what I wanted and liked and made me something truly special and delicious that fits my fitness goals! Smoothie King in rowlett . Struggling there , not the employees fault, management seems to be a problem, ac has been out for days , can’t get what you want , out of ingredients. Had to walk out , no bowls. Get the store in order . Funny , I thought the idea was to take care of customers and make money or you fall down .
