They never have anything in stock! Every time I order online I get a call that they ran out or their bases are frozen. A few days ago I pulled up to the drive thru for a mobile pick up and the worker told me they didnt have anything and that I would need to cancel the order on my end? Last time going to this location.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolutely the Worst Smoothie King
ZERO STARS!! This location is a joke. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about customers — or each other. A few weeks ago, I got a disgusting smoothie with the wrong flavors. Today (9/27), I sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no response. After cars started honking, I pulled up to the window — the workers looked at me and completely ignored me for another 10 minutes. When I knocked, they acted like I was a problem and said they were “too busy and understaffed” to handle the drive-thru.
If you can’t run a business, don’t open the window. I’m done with this place. The owner seriously needs to clean house and fire this crew.
The staff told me “Happy day” and I the drink was great! Love this location and the drive through!

Took an additional 5 minutes after I arrived for someone to work on my drink and I ordered 15 minutes in advance. 2/3 workers were rude. Consistently unfriendly atmosphere the past 2-4 years I’ve gone here. Finally took the time to review because I’m tired of it.

Love this place and my chocolate smoothies.
The service here is the worst, I ordered 2 Caribbean Ways and it took them 20 to 25 minutes in the drive thru. After all that time we get them and they do not taste the way they are supposed to taste. I really think they do not know how to make them because it is the second time they don't make it right. Avoid this smoothie king the employees seem like they don't care, if I were the owner I would pay better attention.

Made a DoorDash order and specifically asked for NO bananas because I’m HIGHLY ALLERGIC. Drink gets delivered to me and when I receive it I smelled banana, I had a co worker try it & confirmed there was banana. I called and spoke to Tina whom i assume is the manager in the morning and she told me to swing by later in the afternoon for a replacement. Tell me WHY these KIDS are playing around with a mess all over the place. Not only that my replacement drink was made WRONG AGAIN. I ordered a large hulk with strawberry only and peanut butter and instead got YOGURT?! This place is going downhill & I definitely would love to speak to corporate. Being highly allergic and then to have a big mess up like that is no joke. This place is turning into a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Had such a good experience in the drive through, the girl working the window (I sadly didn’t catch her name but it was a very pretty young black girl with longer hair) was sooo sweet and nice that I literally had to come leave a review, she seriously made my day 🥺

Absolutely awful experience, ordered there last Friday got the gladiator Vanilla added cold brew coffee Vanilla frozen yogurt and strawberries. The first visit was good wait was a little long even though I ordered in advance on the app and waited 20 mins before pickup. I order there today, order the exact same smoothie. Upon arriving I walk up the online order line and am immediately cut off by an employee leaving and grabbing their drink on the way out, the young lady literally stepped in front of me while I was in line guess they dont train for manners. Then I get my smoothie and its absolutely RANCID GROSS tasting, I dont know what they put in it but its not what I ordered didn't even have the frozen yogurt in it, had to throw it out. Dont give this place your business until they get rid of the children working inside it.
Edit: i would also like to add that if you look at recent reviews this place hasn't recieved a positive review in 6 months at least from what i saw.

usually I have a decent experience here though it usually take a while to get through the drive thru. my smoothie was 10 whole dollars and I couldn't finish it because of how chunky and unblended it was. think of the consistency of cold vomit slipping down your throat, not fun. (UPDATE: went in today and got a refund, the manager and workers were lovely!!! I appreciate them helping me out a lot ♡)

I visited this location as a treat for my neurodivergent neighbor who is 12 and was excited to have smoothie king for the first time. We went through the drive thru where we were rushed and the worker girl was being very impatient and was obviously annoyed. After we finished our order she clearly forgot to turn off her mic because she made a loud groaning noise and said ugh looorrrrd in a very dramatic was as if she had better things to do than to be taking out order. Because my neighbor was at this point uncomfortable and asking why the lady was mad we decided to drive straight through instead of getting our smoothies and toasts. We opted to go to Scooters where enjoyed two delicious smoothies and two breakfast sandwiches. I should have read the reviews before I attempted to share a positively memorable moment here.

The smoothie made me sick, 🤮 I went back and received a refund and was told that the manager would give me a call. I will never visit the location again.

Apparently if you show up first thing in morning, staff is in incapable of making an acai bowl due to laziness, smoothie king just lost a long time customer.
