I love Sonic. The only reason I give them a 4 at this location is because they are in need of a few more servers. I often have to wait when I place an order ahead of time. They frequently have 1 server, which is trying their best to get everyone served, so there is a wait.
Ordered smash burger, watch I received wasn’t a smash burger and was the worst food I’ve ever gotten from a sonic. The fries were also bad but at least they were cooked correctly
I always pay for extra extra extra basically, I tell them peanut butter cups, then add ice cream, then add peanut butter cups, then more ice cream until my sonic blast is half and half ice cream and peanut butter cups.... They always get it wrong! They add all this ice cream and put like an inch of crumbled peanut butter cups on top. It wouldn't bother me but I pay almost twice the price. That's my only complaint, when I told them it was wrong they said they would fix...
