today , 07/31 arround 11:10 pm , try to get my food , but some how wait for 25 mins till have not see anything. even store not buzy arround 3 cars . i know food is good but this service is horribile , if some how store owner notice my review , please double with the manager. let them fix the problems

I’m came to this location there restroom was nasty I guess nobody cleans it but there ppl smoking cigarettes at the door and there’s a guy in the bacc with tattoos on his face smoking and talking on the phone had to wait for over 15 minutes for a drink the manager was some guy that looks like he more of there friend then there boss but when I come I normally deal with this queen name Shay I asked for her they said she went home already

The big secret about the fast food chain Sonic is that only a few things it sells are actually worth purchasing. Their burgers aren't worth it, even if they're cheap, and same goes for the fries. You should go to Sonic for what it has over other fast food joints in terms of uniqueness, that being the slushes, icecreams, and such. Personally, I prefer their grilled cheeses and pretzel twists.

The carhop Kamora (hope I spelled that right!) was amazing. We ordered thru the app and checked in and were sitting there for only a few minutes when she knocked on our window and said she didn’t like that we were there for longer than we should have been and wanted to check on our order. She came out in under 2 mins with our meal with a huge smile! Great service, lovely young lady. Thanks to her and the other awesome staff this location employs, we stay coming back regularly.

We sat for 8 minutes at a stall waiting without being helped. Then we went to the drive through thinking it would be faster. We waited for 3-4 minutes before anyone even spoke to us. Possibly the worst Sonic experience I’ve ever had which is sad cause I love Sonic

This sonic used to be great but has gone downhill just like Rowlett… There is one black dude that is one of the hardest working guys I’ve ever seen!!
I DoorDash in this area and pick up quite a few orders weekly from this location and David is always working hard and moving fast and SMILING! He is always professional even when I watch him with other customers. If I ask to verify the order he is always willing even if it is busy! I would definitely eat here any day customers never complain about anything missing .

This is a typical Sonic style hangout. There is no drive up window. A hop takes the food out to your car. Since this was my first time at this location, it was a funny surprise. I ordered chicken. I was warned that it was fresh out of the fryer (so hot). Since I was the only one waiting, it made sense. They were prompt and pleasant. Despite the street traffic, the location was easy to pull into and out of with very little traffic.

It would be really nice if an employee didn’t smoke right by the main doors in front of everyone in between taking orders out to cars. Puts the lit cigarette down by the window, doesn’t wash his hands, then goes in to grab orders to carry to the cars/customers. I’ve witnessed this from the same employee multiple times and it’s disgusting.

honestly one of the best drive through experiences. I don't know the servers name but he was so kind. I told him it was my son's 12th birthday and he immediately asked him what he wanted. when he came back with the Ice-cream he wanted he gave my son 2$ as a gift. whoever you are sir, God bless you and I hope you live a prosperous life
