I asked for an iced Matcha latte with salted caramel cold foam three pumps of brown sugar syrup and received my Matcha with neither of the sort just plain and green.. this Starbucks is nothing compared to the other Starbucks in Rowlett there is nothing valuable here. It is always jam impact in there and the atmosphere isn’t as nice as the other Starbucks. do better

9/16/24: This was my first visit. I was greeted by Grace, and she was very friendly. I had a question about whole bean coffee and she took care of me. While I was waiting, I checked out the cup selection and bought a nice one. This location was very clean, and it wasn't very busy. I would definitely come back!

The evening shift lady who is supposedly a manager was extremely rude to me. I felt completely unwelcome and I have not gone back to this location since, nor will I ever. I came in and ordered a breakfast sandwich with a young man…. Very nice kid. I asked him to remove the bacon as I don’t eat meat. He did and he heated up my sandwich. He gave it to me and I left. I was home 5 minutes later and when I took my sandwich out of the bag the bread was too crispy and a little charred on the edges as if it had been over cooked, the cheese was completely Melted away and I couldn’t see or taste it…. And unfortunately on top of that it still tasted like bacon as if it was cooked with bacon even though he removed it. I went in and nicely explained this to their female manager and she treated me like I was a liar. She literally treated me like I was a homeless person who was just trying to get something for free…. I even took out my phone and showed her the transaction on my bank app. She did not ONCE apologize, she treated ME like I was the problem and she kept repeating “I’ll remake it this once but I’m going to let my team know that I already remade this sandwich for you.” She kept repeating that like she expected me to come back and say I never got my sandwich or something. I explained to her that I’m vegetarian and this was literally the only thing I bought in my entire order…. So you can imagine how disappointed I’d be that it came out like this. I told her I just wanted something without meat because eggs and cheese are my main source of protein. She said all the breakfast sandwiches have meat and the only ones without meat are more expensive so I would have to get something of equal or lesser value. Didn’t even ask me if I was willing to pay the difference….. Then repeated AGAIN FOR THE 4th OR 5th TIME that she would be notifying her team that I had this sandwich remade like I was some kind of crook or homeless beggar!!! Seriously ma’am, that was super unnecessary. You need a thorough lesson on customer service and I hope Starbucks is willing to pay for it considering the fact that you’re position is costing their company. It was a sandwich.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH IN THE MORNING !! this location needs a better way to service vehicles in the drive through.. currently sitting in the same spot for about 10 minutes now.. multiple vehicles behind me in line are leaving and changing their mind and going elsewhere.

The latino lady with clear glasses working on Sunday is rude, offensive, and was acting out like a child bashing the cash register and microwave. Also, she got our order wrong as well as the customer before us.

I came in here on a very warm Saturday afternoon and I ordered a iced caramel macchiato…the young woman at the register (I think her name was Alyssa?) greeted me with respect and poise as if I was family and she answered my questions that I had about the different selections of lactose-free milks. I patiently waited for my drink made by Layla and as she spoke my name with a smile I raised from my seat to go get it she offered to bring it to me (5 stars just for that!!) and her warm smile spoke to me…When I took my first gulp of my beverage I got a sensation of pleasure hit all pallets of my tongue and I knew that I would be coming back just for these 2 girls. Thank you starbucks for making my experience so delightful!!

UNFORTUNATELY this is not the first time this happens and most likely not the last (since it's the closest location on my way to work). Today my bacon gouda sandwich was horrible. Not only was it undercooked but the sandwich looked like it had been pulled apart. The pictures I took look disgusting. In a previous visit the ham in the ham and Swiss was expired becsuse it tasted bitter, and yet on another visit the"warned" croissant was refrigerator cold. Consequently, when I previously called to complain, I was told that I had to drive back and take it back to them if I wanted it replaced. No refund or credit offered. I had to take it back if I wanted it right. How ridiculous is that? At least today they said I could go back today or another day to get it replaced. As for the service, it's really poor. I was handed my coffee in a coffee stained cup. It looked like a significant amount of coffee had spilled on the cup and it had been wiped. Additionally no napkins or stopper for my cup offered or given, and when I asked for both, it was like I was asking for their firstborn. Again, I'm sure I'll be back due to proximity, but this is one of the WORSE Starbucks based on food quality and service. I just wish they would put a little effort into customer service.

We paid for a sandwich and drinks and walked away without the sandwich even though we hung out for a few minutes. We were distracted with our dog. None of the baristas thought to provide it to us either after we paid for it. They weren’t busy at all.Saw some food flies or insects in their food display section.
A coffee like at home
The barista that attended to me was amazing and very attentive I believe her name was Cathy; she made me feel very welcomed and hoping to see her again in my future runs to Starbucks! ☕️?

DON'T TELL ANYBODY!!! This is the hidden gem. When all the other Starbucks locations are super busy, this is the one I go to. It's right inside the entrance to Target and has a great staff.
