There was no one in line, i ordered a whote mocha, when I got halfway through my large drink while I shipped. We decided to merge my left over white my husband's drip coffee, when doing so, we discovered a nasty loogy? I'm disgusted... what did I do to get this besides ordering a beverage when she was chilling on her phone. Regrets.

This might be one of the worst Starbucks in the area, they are always out of everything, they take forever to get you your lukewarm coffee and if you go after 5 pm that crew working has lost any customer service skill and ability.

I have been going to this location for over 4 yrs. I order the same thing at least 4 days/wk. The service here has gotten worse since Covid. I will not go to location ever again on the weekend. I will only go when the regular crew is there. They know how to treat their customers. They have hired a lot of young white females that act like they don't want to be there. I went in this location this morning to order my usual...a venti blonde roast with heavy cream steamed and 6 butters on the side. I stood in line over 14 minutes waiting on a cup of coffee. Two people walked to the counter after me and got their order before I got mine. I left the establishment without my coffee but your guys still have my money. Let me add that the drive thru was wrapped as well. These younger people at this location are extremely slow...do better.

I am absolutely DONE with this location. It’s always something. Slowest service, wrong orders/sizes. Today I sat in line for 15mins, placed an order over the speaker, waited another 10min, got to the window only for them to tell me they are out of white chocolate syrup. 25min to tell me they are out of the one thing I ordered. Starbucks, I am done with you. I can not wait for Scooters coffee to open right next to you.
I love to come here and study. They have a good selection of drinks and snacks too. If it's not too windy and the aspects of temperature are ideal, the outside would be great for a gathering of people.

I love this location. They get the orders right the majority of the time (only once had two items incorrect), and the baristas are very friendly. Easy access as well. Great store.
