I just want to take a moment to recognize Alaysia for being absolutely amazing during my visit to Subway. From the second I walked in, she greeted me with such warmth and a genuine smile. She made me feel welcome, cracked a few jokes, and turned what could’ve been an ordinary stop into a great experience.

The store was immaculate — everything was clean, well-prepped, and super organized. You could tell she takes pride in her work and cares about the customers.

Her customer service was truly top-notch — so much so that I gave her a $15 tip! It’s rare to come across people like Alaysia in food service anymore. She’s professional, friendly, and simply a joy to talk to.

I LOVE Alaysia— one of the best people I’ve ever met at Subway. If she ever gets fired or quits, I won’t be coming back. Keep her. Promote her. She deserves it!

There is reason they only rate three stars. The manager who says that she owns the franchise, Miss Dee and wears a name tag that says she is district manager says she has no boss. There was no one in the store at the time and I was finishing a brief conversation with a nice young man who was chewed out for talking to me briefly. When I complained to Ms Dee she tried to race bait me saying that because she was black she could not own a franchise? I told her to leave race out of it. And she kicked me out of the store. If she is a district manager, her skills are very very poor. If she just wears a district manager badge to make her look more important, that's just as bad. I Won't Go Back

The location by the big Walmart is so dirty and disorganized I don't know how they stay open. I love Subway when done right it's excellent. These people were making my sandwich and taking money at the cash register with the same gloves on. I hope something changes here because I enjoy subway.

I have a subway five days a week at belt line and H-80 and is always a great experience. But I tried this location at Rowlett and H66 and somehow the subway tasted horribly.

I would never comeback to this place...

Ordered subs 2 orders of 3 sandwiches each online and when went to pick up at 7 PM, guy tells me that they didn’t have lettuce but they started making it anyway.
I asked to cancel the second order and he said I’ll have to go to app and click the refund. I told him that there is no refund or cancel option on app I could find and he said I would have to come back in morning to get my money refunded as they don’t have manager and they don’t know how the refund works. When I ask them to see if they can call manager so I don’t have to come in morning while I work, he was like “I already told u that you will have to come in morning”.

Really ?? First of all if you don’t have lettuce, don’t accept order with it and if you work there, you should know how to refund money or have to know how to reach manager and not having customer forced to take their order

The people working here are super nice, talkative and funny, very friendly feeling. They made my sandwich so so good!! The assistant manager was very sweet as well.

Big Baby is a wonderful personality for this place !!! She’s nice , patient and outgoing!!! Makes you feel right at home !! I really wish that more places had people like her working there!!!! I come in here for lunch at least twice a week and she makes it worth it. The food is really good too so push-up for the Rowlett subway on 66.

Walked in, worker was in her phone, the boy behind the counter didn't say anything word to us, let our online order sit there to get cold. I get home and I'm missing cheese and pickles off of my sandwhich, I had to ask for the drinks on the receipt and the drink machine didn't even have half of the syrup it displayed. Only one sanfwhuch was toasted and the footling wasn't cut in half. The employees glared at us the entire time we were there and not a word was spoken. As a Server I'm not paid nearly as much And I still at least have a smile on my face. Second time I've had an awful experience here.

Big baby did an amazing job with getting the orders from people in the store and ones coming in online. The store was very busy and she handled everything very professional as well. She did this all by herself I was amazed! Thanks for the amazing service today !

The amount of meat served on a sandwich from this Subway has gotten absolutely ridiculous! I don't know if they can't read an order, can't measure properly, corporate has tied their hands, or just don't care at ALL, but they are no longer worth the money. You can get 5x the meat for the same price elsewhere. And Mike's tests better. But that's a different conversation. 3 times now, I have ordered a double meat Philly, just to receive LESS than what a single serving should be. I took pics the last time and will attach it if I can. No matter the response, I will NEVER order another Subway sandwich. There are 100 other better places at the same price.

So this is double meat, huh? Get ripped.

accidentally placed a takeout order rather than delivery. Called the restaurant to cancel (that is what the app says to do) employee stated i had to do it through the app, I said okay and tried again as I may not had seen it. I called again when i confirmed it could not be done through the app. the same employee was then extremely rude and said do it on the app and hung up before I could explain that I literally cant. I have been a very loyal customer both in person and through the app for this location for a long time but after this inconvenience I will no longer give them my money. All the employees there are also extremely slow with orders!!! save your time and do not come here.
