Called the restaurant to cancel (that is what the app says to do) employee stated i had to do it through the app, I said okay and tried again as I may not had seen it. I called again when i confirmed it could not be done through the app. the same employee was then extremely rude and said do it on the app and hung up before I could explain that I literally cant. I have been a very loyal customer both in person and through the app for this location for a long time but after this inconvenience I will no longer give them my money. All the employees there are also extremely slow with orders!!! save your time and do not come here.

Food is okay. Subway is just Subway. But what makes me come back is the customer service. Keep in mind I'm a black man. And the woman that's in there was a black lady who was very rude. She don't know how to communicate very well with others. And I'm taking that she's in management. So she's really running this store down. Because customer service is everything to me. More than likely I won't ever go back there again. I don't know if she's just having a bad day. Something tells me that's just her attitude which is always rude and obnoxious. I will never return to the subway ever again.

I had stop going to subways because I’m real big on customer service as well as cleanliness. I was hungry and stopped by subway it’s been about a year since I have eaten at a subway. I must say the store was very clean. The area where sandwiches were being made and food prepped was very clean and organized. Big baby made my tuna melt to perfection along with great customer service. I don’t even live in the area but will make the drive just because my experience was 5 star not to mention there was a very disrespectful big baby handled her very professionally. She is definitely an asset
