This restaurant was disgusting. I didn’t buy anything. Ok so I was in the area and had to go in and use the restroom then was going to grab something to eat but changed my mind quickly. First as soon as I got to the door there was a sign on the door stated they were out from several meat, cheese, and veggies when supposedly the worker stated they received their truck but didn’t really get anything delivered. Then there was water all over the floor in front of the drink area. I could have slipped and fell and hurt myself. There was no sign posted in that wet area. Luckily I was aware of the wet floor and didn’t fall. Then the restroom was disgusting there was toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor in the restroom. The worker didn’t realize I even came in till I was about to leave. I didn’t have my phone with me to take some pics but if the manager would like to see what I saw I was there at 6:30 pm on 02/29/24.

Restroom was filthy,no soap.When I ask for a manager she said I’m the manager,I ask how long it’s been without soap she said as long as I’ve been here. “I can’t order the part” she said. the whole place seemed very dirty! Decided to eat elsewhere.

On 12/4/2023 i was very impressed young male that made my order and waited on me everything was clean he was very polite and and clean I asked Him for name they know who was there I would like to give him a over and beyond compliment you get five stars keep up the good work!!

I want to say after working in Roweltt for almost seven years and going to this subway frequently. I have to say this place has gone down tremendously. It's very unsanitary & the customer service doesn't compare to what it used to be when I started coming here. The food line is always disgusting and never organized, just never well put together at all. I'm sorry to say, but I will never eat here again. This place needs new management/employees before it is a lost cause.

Absolutely terrible ordered on line they charged me and will not refund me my money. They were out of chicken would not substitute and will not give u the store managers name . Corp won’t take phone calls either buyer
