Quesarito is very dry, small and the cheese layer is in a small clump leaving a mouthful of tortilla . Nothing like the old one.

Order is wrong 9 out 10 times. Sour cream on 4 of six regular taco??? Missing items. Out of beans,taco shells ect. Poorly managed at best.

In comparison to most other Taco Bells, the food’s pretty bad. The restrooms are horrendous, and the store’s poorly taken care of.

If I can give them a 0 i would lately whenever we come to this location it’s always something! They NEVER cook the tortilla to the cheesy gorditas, I always come home to cook it some which sucks! And they didn’t put beans in my BEAN BURRITO! After such a long hungry day, this is what the Gordita SHOULD LOOK LIKE!!!

Was curious about the Y2K options and the new box. The lady on the headset explained the items to me as if I already knew what they were, I had to ask if these were returning items and then when I said I’ll take the box she had all these different options AS IF I KNEW WHAT THEY WERE. Another lady got in the headset and rudely said the options for the boxes, I still don’t know what they were. I felt rushed and I felt uncomfortable. They didn’t even offer the hot sauces. And my food was cold.

If I could give you zero stars for the very last visit on September 7, 2025 at 6:27 p.m., I certainly would. My husband and I usually stop here a few times a month, and so we've grown used to familiar (polite) faces at the drive thru window. Tonight tucked. Hands down, the girl on the speaker was so rude, rushed us through part of our order, and even added things to our order that we didn't ask for at the time. When we tried to correct the order, the young lady had the worst customer service. We straight up drove off. I will gladly drive to another TB further from my home instead of spending our hard earned money with rude people. This was the second time in the past month that customer service was a turn off.

Grabbed a a quesadilla and taco! The quesadilla was extra good! Cheese and chicken portions were really nice - tasty and I enjoyed it more than the taco!! Will be back!

I just ordered the loaded beef nachos for $2.99. I wanted meat, cheese, and beans. This is what I got. This is ridiculous. These fast food prices are getting higher and the food portions are getting smaller. The workers just slap anything together and give it to you. If you ask for your order to be made correctly you are the problem. Just sad!
