This place has changed, the burritos used to be bigger and more full, for the price you should get for what you pay for. This picture I had taken 2 bites.

For an eatery based in a gas station, this place really stands out above the rest. The food is delicious and quality is great. The atmosphere is that of a gas station eatery and the options are limited, but the quality makes up for the lack.Parking: Parking is restricted and during busy hours could be non-existent as this place is located in a convenience store outlet.

They only have chilaquiles rojos, those were okay, rice and beans blend, sopes also blend.Agua de horchata is made with fake flavor not natural. Don't recommend this place for a good breakfast.

Gave me lemons instead of limes!! what kind of place give lemons with Street tacos? ?‍♀️ Had to repeatedly ask for extra cilantro and onions.... multiple times. waited 10 min after food was done for drinks. then he only brought out 2 of 4 and had to wait another 5. So many other places to go that are better and have better food!!

1. It took them about 10 minutes to get food to us. 2. Every time we asked for limes they’d bring us lemons, maybe it’s because we’re white, because we definitely noticed how anyone else for limes without asking except us. 3. Half of their tacos didn’t even have flavor and it was way to expensive for the quality. I will not be coming back.

Five out of five! Food was authentic and amazing! The staff was friendly/helpful and food was fresh and relatively quick. Prices didn't break the bank, three of us had separate meals and drinks with the total being under 35$.

I got the asada tacos with rice and beans. The meat was tender and had really good flavor. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not five is because the beans and rice weren’t five star worthy, but weren’t bad.I can’t say for the other meat options but the fajita was good. The people were also really friendly.

The beans were extremely bland, the rice as well. The fajita was pretty average and the trompo was good. My son enjoyd the barbacoa also. The salsas were probably the only unique thing about this place. It’s a pass for me.

I am not a fan of gas station eateries. I've been to a couple and they've disappointed. La Chiquita is not that place. Just moving to Garland I went looking for a place to call my Mexican place to eat. I am very picky when it comes to eating Menudo I've had great women that made some of the best Menudo growing up so I have a very high standard. From my grandmother to my ex-wife, they have set the bar very high for flavor, spice and the right tenderness of carne. Coming to La Chiquita I was hesitant but my picky eating twin (14yr g) said dad don't judge a book by it's cover so we had a try. Wow was I mistaken. This hole in the wall has some of the best food I've had since moving to Texas 5 yrs ago. Ya walk in and you see the women hard at work making the meals. The young man at the front taking orders is humble and gracious for your service. The meals were out quick and the food always hot. The Tortas are amazing one of the twins who never finishes any meal devours her sandwich in one sitting. The other twin she orders the chicken enchiladas and not being a frijole y arroz leaves a clean plate. The menudo is just wow. It's that perfect blend of spice y aroma that you can almost smell it on the way to you. There's that kick in the back of your throat that you almost choke but just cough. I've been here the last 3 sundays and I'm glad there's no line but sad because I know they should be packed. The best and sad part is that they don't do Door Dash or any of the other delivery services. So that just means I've gotta get my a** outta the house go to La Chiquita. This place won't disappoint.
