Make an order over the app. I get to the store 2 cars at the drive thru. Drove up to the area were you order. No one greeted me. Waited 3 minutes and I said Hello. A young girl very rude stated we are very busy, we will get you soon. She could have said We will be right with you. A guy then asked if he could help. Told him that I had an order. Get to the window he rudely said pull to the parking area. Two more car came thru the drive thru got there and I’m was still waiting. Made the order at 9:50 pm. Received my order at 10:15 pm. . Will not come here again. 03/09/25. After reading the reviews lol nothing will get done. Wendy’s should close. Bad employees

This Wendy's needs to be closed. The employees are very unprofessional and they swear a lot. Orders were not right. They look very confused like they have not been trained. They do not acknowledge the customers and drive-thru make them wait for their card.

My elderly parents went through the drive thru tonight and asked the lady working the speaker to give them one second so they could look at the menu... this apparently pissed the worker off. She proceeded to let my parents sit at the speaker for 15 minutes. The whole time my mom was saying hello, can I place my order... silence... my momtried many times to get someone to take hwr order. It was intentional that they left her waiting all that time because when we pulled up to the window 4 of the 5 workers were laughing so hard the were doubled over , they were all staring at my parents and smiling and laughing! Who treats elderly people this way? Wendy's employee's, that's who! I am completely disgusted that my parents were treated this way! I really hope someone pulls video of this and sees how they treated my parents tonight! We eat at Wendy's two or three times every single week not including all the stops for frosty's! If my parents are ever treated like this again we will never go back to this location!

I had a vanilla shake from here it meshed up my stomach, they need to clean there machine or use fresher ingredients.
The order was wrong. I ordered 2 baked potatoes and got a baked potato and cheese fries. I ordered a burger with extra lettuce…it had no lettuce and the chili was watery and luke warm. And I did a mobile order and had to wait forever. Never going back! Nasty!

This Wendy’s messes my order up everytime. They either give me something I didn’t order or they forget to give me all of my order. Then when you take your order back up there they treat you like you’re a lier. Gas is to expensive to lie about their mistake and have to go back up there. I wish I knew the man’s name he has dirty blonde hair but he is the one that messes up my order EVERYTIME and catches attitude. Sorry I want what I ordered and paid for.
