It’s always something at this Wendy’s. No frostys, can’t use reward points from app, no baked potatoes, forgotten food from order, ALWAYS something. Hate that this is the closest store to me so I come cause my son loves Wendy’s but such a letdown almost every visit.

I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. I went through the drive-through and ordered my food. The associate asked if I wanted a fresh-baked cookie, to which I replied, “Only if it is warm.” She asked again if I wanted the cookie, and I repeated, “Only if it’s warm.” After being asked a third time, I explained that I wanted a heated cookie with melted chocolate. She assured me it was warm and asked if I wanted a sugar or chocolate chip cookie. I chose chocolate chip and pulled forward.

She took my payment but didn’t give me a receipt. Before leaving, I checked the cookie, and it wasn’t warm as promised. I asked for a refund, and a manager gave me a dollar from the drawer. I found this odd because the price on the menu is more than a dollar, but the manager insisted it was correct.

Once in my car, I noticed that my fries were soggy and not hot, and my sandwich felt carelessly made. The only good part of my order was the drink. Overall, this visit left me disappointed, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I placed my order at the drive through. Order taker didn't understand what I was saying .

A female in a red shirt Hispanic lady took over the order. I believe she was the manager or team lead.

Her customer service skills was just as bad as the drive through clerk.

This is my issue. I don't mind giving everyone a chance that wants to better themselves. If you want a job here that requires customer service skills you have to be able to understand and feel comfortable speaking English and not make us feel like we're the issue.

I had a coupon BOGO for a Dave's double after I ordered the burger she just gave me a total didn't ask if I wanted anything else. I had to tell her I would like fries and a drinks and I didn't the fries how I ordered them. Such a waste of money on old fries couldn't eat them. I asked for no salt and fresh fries

When the food was ready she just opened the window handed my husband the bag and closed the window.

No Thank you or anything.

Make an order over the app. I get to the store 2 cars at the drive thru. Drove up to the area were you order. No one greeted me. Waited 3 minutes and I said Hello. A young girl very rude stated we are very busy, we will get you soon. She could have said We will be right with you. A guy then asked if he could help. Told him that I had an order. Get to the window he rudely said pull to the parking area. Two more car came thru the drive thru got there and I’m was still waiting. Made the order at 9:50 pm. Received my order at 10:15 pm. . Will not come here again. 03/09/25. After reading the reviews lol nothing will get done. Wendy’s should close. Bad employees

This Wendy's needs to be closed. The employees are very unprofessional and they swear a lot. Orders were not right. They look very confused like they have not been trained. They do not acknowledge the customers and drive-thru make them wait for their card.
