Drive thru line was long for no reason. After waiting a while to get someone ready to take our order, we had placed 2 combo meals with fries. We didn't receive one fry, but instead, we got an undercooked baked potato that tasted very raw. The drinks weren't stirred. We ordered 2 flavor lemonades. The flavor syrup was warm, and on the bottom, you wouldn't have noticed if you didn't drink your first sip. The sandwiches I'm not sure why it's just at this location, but why do the chicken sandwiches always just have one single small leaf of lettuce. I recommend trying a different location. Save your time and money.

I stopped by there today around 9pm, I ordered through the Drive Thru and the lady was so rude (I think she was the manager because she was dressed differently than the other staff member) she's had an attitude while I was ordering, I had to repeat my order multiple times and she still got it wrong. I ordered the 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets and they gave me regular nuggets, the fries were hard and cold, I also ordered a side of chili with no onions and they still put the onions inside of the chili, none of the food was fresh at all. I’m never coming to this location again

Worst restaurant in Rowlett! This place frequently has the lights on the building off so it looks like they’re closed. The dining room is closed half the time. They are absolutely the rudest staff I have ever dealt with! I will never go there again.

I was picking up food for a customer. The man at drive thru said “we have a job to do, can you get out my store.” There was no one behind me. He also said, “ you are messing with our time, get out”.
