I ordered from Uber Eats and the wings I received are the worst wings I have ever gotten from a wing restaurant. They were so dry and shriveled up. They were so overcooked that all the wings were so dark and tasted rubbery. I couldn't even tell which wings were lemon pepper. I ended up throwing most of it away because I couldn't eat it. Also they were the smallest wings ever. I will never order from this restaurant again. It was a waste of money and so disappointing. Why did the wings even have grill marks on them if they were supposed to be fried?

I figured I give them a try, and it's not a place I'll be ordering from again. The wings were edible. They were good sized. The price was fair. Their atomic sauce was so weak. My nose wasn't running at all. The Cajun sauce you can barely even taste. The lemonade and ranch are both good.

This is unacceptable. I placed an order through an application and I received my order this way. Burnt potatoes and wings not cooked well and bloody. They must have someone check the quality of the product before delivering them.

Why do the area restaurants in Rowlett always blame the delivery company for bad food? The delivery drivers have no control over under seasoning, overcooking and shoddy packaging, Not to mention excluding napkins, straws, and other condiments that are supposed to come with the meal. It's really simple to take an inventory of the order before you give it to the delivery driver.Take some responsibility for the poor quality of your food and do better. No one cares that you are "sharing your experience with our team members". That means absolutely NOTHING to a customer that spends $50 on food and has a bad experience. Offer a refund or a free meal that exceeds the amount of there previous order to address the customers inconvenience. I've never seen worse pictures of food, or a more terrible review history, and all of the complaints are about the same thing. Obviously, sharing our concerns with the team are falling on deaf ears. Pathetic!

Pretty disappointed overall. Admittedly, I didn't know this was linked to Dickey's Barbecue until after I ordered. I don't have anything against Dickey's, I love their barbecue, but not the place I'd usually go for wings. I ordered 10 hot buffalo with fries. The flavor was ok, but not spicy/hot at all. The side of fries was pretty small too. While I will go back to Dickey's, it will be for barbecue, not wings.

The saddest excuse for fries I have ever seen. I thought the reviews couldn’t possibly be true, that the wing boss would have gotten their act together after the multiple bad reviews specifically referencing the fries. I was completely wrong. Along with the fries being black, I assume from day old, overused oil, they tasted vaguely reminiscent of fish. The wings we received were cooked through, so much so that they were dry. The lemon pepper was incredibly under-seasoned and the Dr. Pepper wings weren’t that bad.
I ordered 10 piece combo with +5 wings And was missing 2 wings AND MY FRIES that are supposed to come with the order. I ordered Barbecue Spice rub wings why does it come on the side? Why not on the wings?

Saw this pop up on uber eats and decided to give it a try as I was tired of Wing Stop. We got a mix of bone in and boneless wings. My fav flavor was the lemon pepper dry rub. The bone in wings were really good! I really liked that they are pit smoked then fried, the smoky flavor was really good. The fries had an option for cheese sauce which was really good. Will definitely order from them again.

I ordered delivery for wings, fries and veggies. Unfortunately they were all disappointing. The veggies were rotten and dry, the fries were brown/black and tasted AWFUL like burnt grease. The wings were over cooked, dried out they were more like jerky. Will not be ordering from this shop again. I hope they start to revisit food quality before making a sale. :(
