On Superbowl Sunday we ordered a 50 piece of various wings fromt the Rowlett location and took them to party across town . When we opened the order most of the wings were half done and the fries had no seasoning and threw all lemon pepper out becuase the were pretty much raw. Since we were away from area and returned home late I contacted them on Monday and spoke with Marilyn the shift lead that stated I would need to discuss with the manager but manager was not in until Tuesday. I called back on Tuesday and was told the manager was not in. I provided order info and contact so the manager could contact us. They called my wife's phone later that day and she missed the call but no message. I called back today and spoke to a very rude manager Evonia that stated she was aware and so was franchise owner and they had no other complaints on Sunday and no money would be refunded or order remade, I needed to call corporate. Needless to say the number I was given was not to corporate. I truly hope the $70 dollars they received was enough to compensate for losing a good customer because we will never go back this is not the first time they have screwed up an order!They had too much volume on that day and was pretty much pushed the orders out the door!

I went to this location at 4:30 today, I was told no walk in customers until after 6:30. So I guess that's about half time of the game. Whomever made that decision should be fired. To totally ignore the walk in customers is unbelievable. I ended up going to Cane's great customer service.

Ordered 6:40 on Friday and it’s like they precooked before the rush, and just warmed up and added sauce when orders came in. Wings were warm at best, dry and overcooked. Fries were cold and overdone. What a disappointment, this Rowlett location is closest to our house and I am once again reminded why we usually use one of the other Garland locations, should have made the extra drive tonight.

Worst customer service from MGMT! Picked up a to go order and arrived at home with 3 missing items.I contacted the store and requested a comp of my order. When a restaurant fails to verify order accuracy and leaves items out ( especially on a to go order) they should 100% comp the order. A customer wasted their time, fuel, and money picking up an incomplete order. The MINIMUM effort should be comp the order. This manager" Marylin"refused to and said she would also NOT credit the missing items since I informed her I would be contacting corporate and would let corporations handle it. She also had a snarky rude attitude and said " you came in here and saw how busy we were righy?!" Go somewhere else where you can get quality service all the way around.
Whoever was cooking tonight needs a raise. Everything was prefect. Thanks

To be fair I called my order in 30 minutes before closing. I understand people are tired and ready to go home but if it still open hours, please use better customer service skills. I'm not going to say anything rude but you can definitely tell this woman did not like her job.

I purchased $170+ of wings and all the sides. The 75 pc bundle. I ordered the 52 oz lemonade to go with it. DoorDash picked it up in a timely manner and delivered it however the Lemonade was missing. I called the store and was left on hold while they verified. When she came back to the phone she apologized and said the refund will occur for not receiving the Lemonade..........I'm still waiting!?! I would suggest paying closer attention to your large ticket orders
