My siblings and myself came all the way from Austin to visit the weekend with our sister n brother in law. We ordered 3 flavors with a 10 count each of lemon pepper. Louisiana rub n regular hot. They were so bland each one of them. We all were so dissatisfied n disappointed 🤦‍♀️😔😜 It was in Marian’s name if you must know👎🏽

The fries always hit here!!! They are always so perfectly cooked and seasoned enough!!! They never have missed the times we’ve ordered from this location!!! They always get are order right and our wings always come out deliciously cooked!!!

Young man running the register during lunch today had such a strong will to serve and he did it with the biggest smile on his face. It is very uncommon with young men and women these days. He will do great things! Food was amazing at the same time. He literally hurried over to me right when I got up to throw something away to take it out of my hands and do it for me. Wingstop you should utilize this guy in every way you can. I bet you wont regret it.

The staff here doesn’t care about the customers or their jobs. I have tried over and over to give them the benefit of the doubt but they proved to me why I shouldn’t. My order is always messed up doesn’t matter if o dine in, Carryout or get it delivered and the sad part is they haven’t been open long. These employees need a lot more training on customer service and listening skills. They are too busy socializing amongst each other than doing there actual job also please season your wings everyone doesn’t like sauce & your wings without sauce taste like plain paper.

had a terrible experience ordering from this place. After receiving the wrong order, I called to let them know, and they told me I had to bring the entire bag of food back. When I arrived, half the staff proceeded to go through my food with bare hands, touching everything without wearing gloves. After handling it all, they just put everything back in the same bag — completely disregarding basic hygiene and food safety. Absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I love Wing Stop. They are my go to mainly because I love their fries. Well, they have changed those. Idk if its just this location but they are NOT the same. Please go back to the handout fries.

They messed to my whole delivery order, offer a refund for me to pickup it up and then tell me they won’t actually give me the refund just half once I got there. Horrible customer service, no compassion or want to keep customers. I will not be retuning without my refund. Thanks for messing up my mother day dinner!

I'm disappointed with my recent Wingstop experience. The wings were served cold and tasted like they'd been sitting out for a while. The corn was also cold and had a strange, chewy texture. To top it all off, I discovered mold growing in the drink fountain. I will not be returning.

The food was good and ready for pickup when they said it would be. However, check your order cause apparently it's too difficult to read an online order. It's simple, I ordered and paid for extra veggie sticks, and of course, when I got the order home, no veggie sticks. I know it's a small thing, but it's the little things that matter. When I pay for it, I expect it to be there...
