“We have gone here repeatedly for meals. For a restaurant that is actually inside a gas station, this one is unbelievable. The food is amazing and the chips are my favorite of any Mexican food restaurant. It has been our experience that the personnel this establishment employs are superb in the restaurant industry. They are always extremely polite, helpful, eager to please, and have great personalities. When we need to eat quickly, but want something really decent, we go here. Have never been disappointed.”

“This is a great country restaurant that we love visiting. There was a young man (teenager) waiting tables today that did an amazing job. I wish I had gotten his name. The girls struggled staying focused today. But if you haven’t tried it, it is a must for breakfast food or lunch/ dinner food.”

“Friendly service. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Generous portion sizes for the price. My beef fajita nachos were swimming in meat! Fajitas with a side of nachos. Thankful for my free chips and salsa that came with the meal, it balanced out perfectly. Me and my husband went in before close and I’ve never had a meal come out with such haste. Was thinking about everything id get next time I come. Empty plates all the way, want to see what it looked like when it came out, come see for yourself. 10/10.”

Great first-time experience at Palio’s Pizza in Royse City!

Located in the Walmart parking lot across from Murphy’s gas station, this spot is clean, cool (AC was on!), and had delicious, fresh, gourmet food—we enjoyed everything we ordered.

A couple of helpful notes for first-timers:
• The front entrance can be confusing. Like others, we went to the left door by mistake—the right has a short wall and the door looks like part of the nail salon. A standalone “Welcome” sign with arrow could help new customers find the right entrance more easily.
• The bathrooms were clean, but the women’s restroom door didn’t lock—not a huge issue but something to consider fixing, especially for parents with kids.

This location is more of a “order at the counter, then sit or take it to go” setup, so it’s helpful to know what you want before walking in to avoid slowing down the line.

Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back—next time we’ll come in a little more “pro” about it. 😉”

She offer me condiments like honey, which was great since I often forget to ask for them. Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. In the past I’ve had problems with this exact location but I decided to give it another try glad I did, I see that you guys have gotten better with customer service, and employees. Will be coming back!😁”
