Unbelievable food and wonderful service. Stuffed avocados and shrimp were mouth watering. Sour cream chicken enchiladas were out of this world. Highly recommend!!!

I didn't have a good experience..🙃 I went with my husband to basically have a drink.. and a snack.. we ordered a margarita (15 dollars it was delicious) I ordered a paloma (13 dollars) because they are delicious when they are well prepared.. look the photo... this one made me want to cry... and I ordered a cheese with roast beef (15 dollars and it literally didn't come with more than 4 cubes of meat) 55 dollars... and it took them more than half an hour to put that tiny plate of cheese with 4 meat cubes!! Alejandro's Royse City... it disappointed me!! I heard nice comments about this place! I didn't like it!!

I am so disappointed. This was our go to Mexican restaurant. Last 2 times have made us have to look elsewhere. We were there 2 to 3 times a week…then the cooks denied switching corn for flour tortillas…then ordered the Carne Asada bowl…with amazing sauces that came without the sauces. Dry and bland without.

My wife and I have come here every couple weeks for the past couple of years. The food is always great and we’ve never had an issue with that, but the service has started to decline. Today we were the only people that were being served and the waitress practically refused to take our entrée order. She only came back to us once the Cook saw that we were waiting, at that time we decided that we were going to leave. Prior to that was another service experience, ordered one drink and receives comments from the waiter who is going to drive. Atmosphere is amazing and the food is awesome, Just need better waiting staff.

Extremely racist. Perhaps they don't want African Americans at this restaurant so I would recommend you not patronize them. The manager at the bar (I believe he is manager) was extremely rude to me. I was simply waiting to deliver a doordash, he told me the order was going to be about 20 minutes. I waited even though I told him I couldn't wait that long because I have to pick up my son. As I was waiting I asked for a cup of water and he refused me water, told me I had to pay for it. I said really? because I waited and I thought you would at least give me water in this heat, He said no you were rude because you couldn't wait although I am obviously waiting smh. Then they told me it was going to be another 15 minutes. I had to get my son so I did not get paid, the food wasn't ready after 30 minutes and I did not get the water while there. The rude manager (I think) looked at me with disdain as I was the only black person in the restaurant and I watched other white customers get free water.

Our first time there. Staff was SUPER friendly and attentive. The drinks were amazing and the food was great. Salsa and Queso were very good. Plenty of screens to watch the end of the Cowboys game. Will be back for sure.
Absolute horrible experience there last Friday 8/30/24. We were seated, it took forever to get our drinks. Chips and salsa were set on the table probably 10 minutes before our drinks finally came. The server was also the hostess so we were of no concern to her. She was slow to take our order, the food took a while. Others that arrived after us were served before us. We had ordered a bowl of queso. When she delivered it to the table, we were low on chips. I asked for more chips which she was in no hurry to get for us. When she finally brought it to us, the queso was cold. The food was not very good at all. Midway through our dinner I asked for a second beer. She never brought it. I stopped another waitor and asked for our check and to make sure I was not charged for the second beer. Our waitress came to the table with the credit card machine and said she “took off the other beer”. When the receipt printed, I was in fact charged for the second beer. I told them as we left “At this point, I am not waiting to be credited for a beer but that we will never return”. My wife also took one of our kids to the bathroom and there was a roach on the floor. I would avoid this establishment.

The queso tastes like it came from a jar, the refried beans tasted like it came from a can and my churros had zero cinnamon sugar on them and were burnt. Worst part is my family and I were all sick a couple hours after eating here. We all got menu items with the ground beef. This place was not worth the high prices they charge at all. The only positive was the chips and salsa were good.
