It's not a busy place but it's clean. On another note, I tried the new steak nuggets. They were very tender and filling. The taste was different, a bit more like it was cooked on a grill after being marinated. I give them a thumbs up.

The new cheesesteak was pretty bad. Bread was badly rewarmed and the meat was chewy and grizzly. Usually enjoy Arbys but this sandwich was basically inedible!

The food wasn't bad, but they forgot cheese sauce in my classic sandwich. I already ordered our i would have left after seeing how bad of shape the restaurant is in. The drink machine has spider webs on it and mold on it and counter where all the sauce is nasty. There are molding tiles throughout the ceiling and vents that are all rusty and flaking off, there was lights out in fixtures also. This place really needs to be sit down and completely gutted and deep cleaned. The men's restroom sink coming off the wall, the piping on the toilet, was even corroded up very badly. I recommend people go far away from this place just for their safety.
Food was sloppy. There was no line for the drive thru. My burger was still cold and pink in the middle. Fries were extra salty. I got there at 9:40pm y'all don't close til 11pm so I don't understand the poor quality.

Food was freshly made, but my double roast beefs were shy some meat. I only say that because I bought 2 doubles and a regular, and we couldn't figure out which was the regular. All 3 looked regular. In Mesquite at Arby's, the double roast beef is PACKED with meat every time. Just check your food before leaving.

$7 double meat meal was a great way to get full. If you like the cheese but don't like an onion bun expect for it to wrong every time you order. I don't understand why ordering a Classic Beef and Cheese and substitute a sesame seed bun is so confusing.
