I eat a keto diet and I had no idea they have roasted chicken in addition to their other chicken. So I made my kids happy and ate there for lunch today. I must say the roasted chicken breast was super juicy, lots of flavor, and the thigh was too. I’m not sure if it’s that good all the time, but I felt it was a good meal.

Horrendous customer service experience. Several team members standing around cash register when we arrived totally ignored us. Looked at us and turned the other direction. Pretty sad if you ask me.
One of them was wearing a black hoodie and didn’t even have a name tag or uniform.
The kid that eventually took our order was nice but the guy in hoodie and the short lady getting the order together were terrible and shouldn’t be employed.
As a business owner myself I would be embarrassed by this.

1st time stopping at Golden chick I got a 12 pieces zesty wings yesterday I started eating those wings those wings was worth the money I start to turn back around to get 2 more boxes, whatever you do don't never take. Them off your list.i live in Northern Mississippi 33 miles from Memphis. I will drive back to your location just to get those wings they damn good screw KFC Popeyes chicken ant got nonething on you guys 👍👍

The roasted chicken was very juicy and well seasoned. The green beans were exceptional! The lobby was clean, smelled fresh and well stocked. Vanessa and Zadyn greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me with a menu selection. I was very pleased with my meal and service.
