The only reason I gave it one star was to be able to activate survey..food was terrible..double cheeseburger combo was horrific. The only thing good was my drink. Food was very cold...sandwich was very skimpy with items that belonged on it. Tasted like it had been sitting for a while. Not the first time this has happened. Will not be back or recommend this location to anyone

My order was completely wrong when I went to the drive-through unfortunately I had to go back to work and didn’t notice till I got to work. I called several times and no one answered the phone until four hours later. The manager then proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t do anything about it because I could be lying about not receiving the correct order

Get a normal #26 breakfast croissant and a mocha coffee every Saturday morning. Always consistent. But I prefer eating in the comfort of my own car.

Don't go here to get anything other than a regular sandwich. I got my combo order today with a shake and the shake itself was horrid felt like I was drinking liquid diabetes the fries were stale and my soda was flat. I spent 15$ on pure garbage

I work at night and I had a bad time. I wanted to indulge myself and eat these delicious Jack's tacos. I work in Rockwall and I went to Jack's. It's 2m from my work. I asked the guy if they had the sauce they use to prepare the tacos and he said yes. which was the one with the packages and I told him no that I wanted the one they prepare it with and he told me again that they prepared it with that one and I told him I don't believe you ok thank you very much and I left apart from the bad service A LYING EMPLOYEE was going for my house but I really wanted to eat those taquitos and I came to this Jack I decided to go in and asked the cashier if they had sauce with which they prepared the TACOS AND HE SAID... YES!!! ? She was very kind to me, I told her about my experience at Jack in Rockwall THAT THERE IS NEVER COFFEE AT 9 PM AND MARÍA gave me my DELICIOUS tacos AND MY HOT COFFEE It was very gratifying for me, I was tired and I really wanted THE TACOS DELICIOUS AND THE COFFEE IS DELICIOUS THANKS TO MARY THE CASHIER AND THE PERSON WHO PREPARED MY TACOS ❤️

I got the worst Chicken Fajita Pita at the Royse City store today the pita bread was so hard I couldn't bite through it, there was hardly any meat pur vegetables! Terrible!! The Tacos were a little better but over cooked as well.
