After over three years of disappointment, I’m afraid it’s time to share my honest experience with Milano's Pizza and Italian Food. I really wanted to love this place, especially since it’s a local spot rather than a corporate chain, but repeated visits have left me feeling underwhelmed.
I’ve tried taking out pizza and pasta several times, hoping each new order would be better than the last. Unfortunately, the results have largely been the same. The chicken consistently tastes like it’s been doused in liquid smoke, which is just not what I look for in anything Italian . As for the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, it was bland and watery—though I will say the cheese on top was a standout.
The thin crust bread was the best thing I've had, which is a shame because I expected more from their pizza. The crust itself was quite lackluster and didn’t deliver the flavor or texture I’ve enjoyed elsewhere. It seems like what used to be a beloved local favorite has lost its touch, and it’s disappointing to see.
Delivery, on the bright side, is reliable and the delivery personnel are always friendly, which I appreciate. However, that alone isn’t enough to redeem the overall dining experience.
In conclusion, if you’re considering Milano’s, I suggest opting for the cheese bread for the kids and saving your money on the rest. I genuinely wanted this restaurant to be better, but sadly, it just hasn’t met expectations. Here's hoping they can turn things around in the future!

Always exceptional. I have been going here for over 10 years the owners are so kind and any issue were always fixed. I don't even remember the last time I had an issue here though. 10/10 recommend.

Give them a try. Good pizza and even better Gyros. Why buy papa john's or dominos when you can spend less for better pizza? Buy local and buy it from these people.

0 stars. Never have I ate pork in my life until today. Very disappointed. Other pizza wasnt even white sauce paid $44 to take 2 bites of pizzas i didnt order and one had pork.

Really good food. Probably my favorite pizza in the Royce City area. Had a mess up with delivery, but it was our fault not theirs. And they still got it here quick and it was still hot! Amazing service!! You guy's are awesome! ?

Just moved to TX from Chicago so safe to say I know pizza. Milano's should have 5 stars!! This is the best pizza I've found around here. Only thing missing is wings on the side!
