Please dont waste your time coming to this location. The food i ordered was burnt and old. Looks like is was sitting out all day. When I tried to give feedback at the store, the manager Armando was not helpful at all and refused to remake the order.

Worst experience I’ve had at Panda Express. The fried rice tasted burned, and I even found a piece of the burnt pan scrapings in my food. The meat was stale and so hard it was basically impossible to eat. The only thing decent were the four shrimp in the order. Very disappointed with the food quality at this location — definitely needs improvement.

We buy here most of the time but for some reason the fried rice last week was very salty! I think it’s their new way of cooking the fried rice they have the new spinning thing to rotate the pan instead of the actual person cooking it?? You could see it when you visit the store. Behind the cashier. I don’t know if I’ll order their fried rice again.

Best service and food out of any panda I’ve been to. Everyones always really friendly and helpful and the foods great. You can get a lot of food for a pretty cheap price aswell :)

Yesterday two young lady's gave me some of the best service one was on the cash register and the others made me 3 plates to go.. They gave enough food on all three plates thank you so much... yes I'm coming back

I was entertaining a young lady that night, and she just had to have panda express and I have never had it, but I was totally pleased with the cleanliness of the establishment and the staff was eager to serve, and we were given samples to taste of some food and also drinksI don’t know which one of the drinks I like the best but the one I picked, I don’t think was it because in a bigger portion, it just didn’t taste the same ,c’est la vie.

I had actually given up on this location but stopped in the other day because my husband was hungry and didn't want to drive. I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere inside had definitely changed and the food tasted phenomenal. All the ladies working inside were helping each other prepare my order and it just felt extremely nice. Arianna D was exceptional. She introduced me to the Panda app and she was extremely patient and kind while helping me figure it out. I will definitely be coming back here more often. Thank you so much!

I ordered ahead on the app. When I went to pick my food up the guy behind the counter shoved the bags in my hands quickly without verifying that it was the correct order, while helping two other customers with take out orders. It could have very easily been mixed up with another persons food. I ordered teriyaki chicken for my oldest daughter and myself, while my youngest daughter got a different chicken dish. The rice was hard and uncooked in parts of the meal. The teriyaki chicken gave my oldest daughter and I the WORST food poisoning consisting of severe stomach pain and vomiting. My youngest daughter’s chicken was so hard it caused her to break a bracket on her braces! And the food was packed so carelessly in the bags that it leaked sauce everywhere and stained my car. Avoid this location at all costs. The Rockwall location is so much better, from the customer service to the quality of food. I will never return to this location
