I will never order from this Pizza Hut again did a order for delivery. They gave me an ETA of 9:38 to 9:48 PM and just didn’t deliver my order at all. No call to say hey can you pick it up or anything? Worst experience ever. I will never ever ever order from here again and I recommend nobody orders from this Pizza Hut in Royse City

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite so I keep trying again, but this is the last time. It is literally a pizza with no sauce and they repeatedly put almost no sauce. Doesn’t even taste like pizza. You can pull the toppings off and no sauce at all. Absolutely never again.

Deserves ZERO stars. Placed an order with my reward points I had earned. When someone went to pick up the order they still charged for the order AND used MY rewards.. ugh disgusting 🤮 … NEVER coming back to this disgusting place. Plus they took FOREVER to have the order ready.

I ordered delivery. I watched on the tracker as it took 40 minutes to drive 4.5 miles. Then they delivered it to the wrong house. All of the houses are clearly marked in the same place.

I have left a very good review of this restaurant and it's food just yesterday. After today my review goes from 5 stars to zero. I called again today to place another order, I'm in a motel so I had to look up the address. It took less then 20 seconds before the woman got tired of waiting and hung up without notice. 3 minutes later I called back to someone with a heavy Indian accent I couldn't understand well. All I said was I'm having trouble understanding you, click. I'm sorry but for a place that over charges ridiculous prices for bread and sauce can't afford to be this cocky. Never again.

I placed an order for pickup and realized one of the pizzas was made incorrectly when I got home. I attempted to contact the store several times, but could not reach anyone. Frustrated and upset.
Employee attitudes are horrible! Manager is not friendly and the store was filthy will not be returning to this location.

Forget delivery, we picked up our order of two pizzas at the price of $43.00 including the tip. The pizzas were totally une atable. Grocery store frozen are far superior to this garbage.I feel totally ripped off. Lesson learned, I only wish you had the option to rate minus stars. This crap is unreal, I hope this review stops someone from ordering this garbage.

Ordered delivery and it took more than an hour from the time it left the store to my home 6 miles away.. we were given a number to call or contact the delivery person which we did several times and got no reply, we called again and he answered and was very rude yelling through the phone .. we had to walk out to the road to meet him and he came pulling into our driveway at a very high rate threw our order at us even told us to keep the door dash bag and peeled out of our driveway .. pizza and wings were ice cold… when we tried to call the store to complain we got an answering service .. when I told the lady we wanted to talk to the actual store she transferred the call.. after being on hold for more than an hour .. we got in the car with the pizza and wings and drive to the restaurant with the phone still on hold and demanded our money back while returning their cold ass pizza ..mind you we still are on hold on the phone .. this is the absolute worse service we have ever received like it’s our fault the driver got lost lost but not only did the driver but also the store act like this was somehow our fault .. Pizza Hut and door dash both lost a customer for life as I will never order from either again!!!!
While leaving the store they finally answered the phone and after an hour on hold the first thing they said is can you hold … when I asked who I was speaking to they refused to give me their name and hung up on me!!!

I've never had an issue at this location, the service and food has always been great. I also want to mention that the clerk Melissa is a kind and attentive employee, Pizza Hut is lucky to have her.
