ROACH IN MY FOOD. Not making this up ate two bites, third bite on my fork ready to eat while playing darts in the garage with my wife as we just ordered for the family and had a dead roach on my fork. Zero trust from now on. No problems before this. I’m out

Most of the food was great, the sweet and sour sauce tasted like straight up alcohol, I called to let them know and they said it wasn’t their problem and didn’t wanna fix it. Do not eat here they don’t care about what goes in your food.

I have eaten Hot and Sour soup at tons of restaurants and I swear Rice Express makes the VERY BEST! It’s always fresh and feels homemade. The owner and other employees treats me like I’m royalty. I buy at least 7 bowls a week and they are perfect EVERY TIME!

1.5 all the way Fortune cookies not maintained they leave plastic in food and start dinner at 4 like if your trying for a place that doesn't know local market and time to keep lunch till it's this place just a giant middle finger to students and teachers who want Chinese food after work who ever manages this place needs to do better business practices and better pricing plus they over charged gave me wrong order and no napkins plus one fork for 2 plus people just place seriously needs management and better business practices
