Got to come in before work today and was served by an alex today! Her customer service was spectacular, and she taught me about the different ways to customize my smoothie! The touch of Christmas decor around the building was cutie too!

I am sad to write this bc I like their coffee blends. However, I refuse to go back until I get my refund. In September, we ordered the chicken as an item among other things. When we go to pickup they are out of chicken and don't want a replacement due to needing GF. I asked for a cash refund as I ordered through the app and she said they can't do that. Mgr wasn't at store but said they'd call within a few days. Still no word from them. All I could get from cashier was a receipt saying refund needed and I had to ask for that. Now this store doesn't sell the chicken anymore but you can still order it through the app. I am hoping this review will get someone's attention for the principal of it.

No point in having a drive thru. It will be faster if you actually go inside. Be ready to WAIT for a while! If you are in a rush don’t stop here.

Refused to serve an açaí bowl because they were closing, we were there 20 minutes before they closed. How ridiculous, and they were very rude about it. They said we no longer serve bowls, we asked like discontinued them or ?? and they said no we're closing we can't make one. That is not right, I've shown up 5 minutes before at another Smoothie King and they served me.

The location in Royse City was customer driven with excellent efficiency and delivery. The restrooms were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting! I will be back for my bfit smoothie and avocado toast!
Showed up 8:45PM-8:50PM and it was already closed. Online it says 9PM.

Pulled into drive thru 10 mins before closing and they said they weren’t taking any orders. Post you close at 8:50 then instead of 9 if that’s the case. SMH
