Refused to serve an açaí bowl because they were closing, we were there 20 minutes before they closed. How ridiculous, and they were very rude about it. They said we no longer serve bowls, we asked like discontinued them or ?? and they said no we're closing we can't make one. That is not right, I've shown up 5 minutes before at another Smoothie King and they served me.

The location in Royse City was customer driven with excellent efficiency and delivery. The restrooms were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting! I will be back for my bfit smoothie and avocado toast!

Pulled into drive thru 10 mins before closing and they said they weren’t taking any orders. Post you close at 8:50 then instead of 9 if that’s the case. SMH

I had a really disappointing experience at this Smoothie King. I calmly asked for a refund, and the shift manager became rude and told me they were going to call the police — even though I never raised my voice or acted aggressively.
I tried to speak to the regional manager, but he was dismissive and basically said there was nothing I could do since it's a franchise. He didn’t take the issue seriously at all.
It was an extremely unprofessional way to treat a paying customer, and I wouldn't feel comfortable returning after this.

Smoothie King absolutely earned this 5-star review. The customer service was so good, it genuinely made me pause and wonder who was working the window, it was that personable, that intentional. Sure enough, it turned out to be the owner himself. That level of care and pride in service is rare, and it showed in every detail. From the way the order was handled to the way the smoothie was made, everything felt dialed in and done with purpose. Also, just so you know, the photo you see here? That’s the owner. And it makes perfect sense. When the person at the window leads with that kind of energy, you can feel it throughout the whole experience. Highly recommend this location. I’ll be back often.
