For the parking speaker needs to be replaced I could barely hear either of the lady workers and the first one originally had an attitude they both didn’t speak loud enough and took forever when they WERE NOT busy and they didn’t give us a bag for all our food.

I never ever leave bad reviews. But charging 25 cents for 1 ketchup packet and another 25 cents for 1 mustard packet is insane. Especially when you photograph your corny dogs with mustard - most people don’t eat them plain. Condiments are not that expensive when your getting the tiniest amount in a single packet - come on this is the only sonic I have ever been to that has charged for that- do better

Service is always frustrating slow. I've shrugged it off when ordering food, but this time I ordered a water and a slush. After checking in and waiting 25 min, I waved someone down and finally received my drinks.

i came in at around 9:45. i knew it was about to close but it wasn’t closed yet. i ordered an oreo blast with whip cream. they did not put whip cream on top of my shake nor did they put oreos anywhere but on the very top. i could tell they were pissed about me being there so late, they took 10 minutes to make 2 simple ice creams. it doesn’t take that long. and i could see them having an attitude and talking about me while i was waiting through the window. i came in last night as well at 9:15 and they made it right but still took a while. if you plan on coming between open until 8, feel free, service and food has always been great around that time, however, if you go later at night they will MAKE SURE you hate your service because they’re mad you came “so late”

Horrible experience multiple times! Rude and disrespectful employees. They either interrupt you to rush you or sit there at the pay window and ignore you. Tried to go multiple times and every time end up leaving unimpressed.
Hands down our favorite Sonic! We have always struggled with errors at other Sonics but we love our Royse City Sonic! The Carhops are always pleasant, food always comes out hot and fresh! Can’t beat good customer service and good food!

We usually have a pretty good experience at this location but today wasn't so good. Asked for Buffalo bites and they gave us some fried empanada bites with shredded chicken in it. We didn't like those. We asked the lady if she could replace them but she said she would just bring us some Buffalo sauce. I didn't want to ask again so I let it go. Probably won't go back, $16 and we really didn't get what we asked for.

We was ordering our food and we asked for a large shake she said we don’t have large. So she decided to tell us do u want it or not. Then we told them about it they were in the store laughing about. That’s not good service at all . And I will be contacting someone about this it was my son she was rude too.
