I ordered a cake for my daughters graduation a month ago and scheduled to pick it up yesterday. When I picked it up it was not decorated how she wanted it. I went back inside to tell the woman that was working thinking maybe she could just touch it up and her reply was an aggravated “I’m not a cake decorator, she has already left for the day”. She kept insisting that she was not capable of fixing it which I find odd since she apologized to us when we walked in that she had frosting in her nose from decorating cakes. She suggested we leave it for the owner to do and she would deliver it to us today. Anyway, I needed the cake for early this morning so that was not an option. My daughters graduation is a one time thing and she wasn’t satisfied with the cake whatsoever which is too bad since I was going to start getting cakes from Sophias for every occasion but I won’t be doing that now.
Sophia's is a delightful and delicious bakery. Whether you have a special request or just stop by to pick up freshly baked items, everything is delicious. We highly recommend!
