This adorable bakery offered delicious fresh pastries, cakes, and cookies. The sausage rolls were straight out of the oven and delicious - soft bread and great flavor in the sausage.Well worth a quick stop!

So many scrumptious treats! Everything looked delicious and what I tried was very good. There are 2 tables one can sit at with friends and enjoy a pastry. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Sophia's Country Bakery is an asset to our area and I hope the neighborhood will support them.

I'm so happy that this delicious new bakery has opened in Royce City. Charming atmosphere and wonderful baked goods including cakes, cookies, pies and more. The Kolaches were the best I've had in the metroplex. I had apple pie with my Kolache and coffee and I can't wait to come back.
