Ordered through DoorDash and my sandwich did not have all the toppings I had ordered, barely any meat and my bread was burnt and crumbling everywhere. Terrible location.

I ordered one footling spicy and 6 in spicy. Got home and they had only pepperoni. Salami was missing. I told the employee I wanted spicy Italian, salami and pepperoni. I called the number and they not accepting phone calls. Leave voicemail....

Got home found a blond hair in my food. I should have known cuz the server girl hair was all over her face without a hair net and her work station was messy . Will not be ordering from this spot. Manager needs to watch these kids work.

Second update... I went a long time not eating at this subway. Staff seems better and location maybe better manage but our food TASTED LIKE CLEANER/CHEMICALS! Twice now a couple weeks apart. We tried to pinpoint the ill flavor... Nothing was consistent. Thought it was very bitter spinach or cucumbers but some where fine, others were in edible. Same with the black olives and tomatoes so we are thinking something is getting on the food. It was absolutely disgusting and all of my family of 4 said the same thing

Slow lines each time I've gone there. Either short staffed or staff is sitting down doing nothing.

Update to now a year later and still a staffing issue. There was one worker I saw so it took us about 30 minutes to get our subs with only two people ahead of us. We would've left but she had already prepped our sandwiches before finishing with the customers ahead of us

Tried to order several meals while shopping with my family but a young female worker was to busy talking to her family and twerking in the sandwich making area instead of taking orders. She even looked at us and made no attempt to disengage her personal conversations to assist the people in line. Incident was 5/31/24 @5:10pm if you wanna check the cameras.

Rude staff, hair in food, incorrect order. Ordered online (which I will never do again), waited for the tracker to say order was ready, my husband went to pick it up and they hadn’t even started the order. He tried to just get a refund and was told he couldn’t and that “it doesn’t take that long”. I wouldn’t have ordered online if I wanted to sit up there and wait for it to be made. All that said my husband gets home and my order of a wrap is a flatbread with the wrong ingredients. I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

UPDATE: My husband’s sandwich had hair in it. How has nothing been done at this location with all the reviews stating the same problems??? BETTER QUALITY CONTROL ON YOUR FRANCHISES SUBWAY!

I order a sandwich with bacon and they never put it on. I think the door dash order comes with instructions it shouldn't be that hard to just follow them. That's about 3 dollars and my son wanted it. Never order from here online. Go in and make sure they get your order right
