Ordered online. Sat in the store for 46 mins while this young man served 8 I there customers. When I asked him if we were going to get our food , he sarcastically asked what i wanted him to do. 2 customers were standing there and I told him we wanted our food also. He stopped making their food, went to the back and came back giving me go to hell looks. Like I am the one who is wrong. I asked him why and he said I'm making your food. I told him I don't want anything you make. Got my grand daughters and son and walked out after taking his picture. I am Livid!. I will be calling and getting a refund. I am also going to give his picture to the manager. This is not a place I will ever come to again. Except to show management what is really going on. 10/11/2025

Do not go to this subway. I have more bad experiences here than positive one 4 to 1. Their online system rarely works, they will not honor subway app rewards or discounts. I had one order just dissappear into the ether, we was luckily eventually refunded with no explanation of why our order just did t show up yet we was still charged for it. When the online ordering is working the chances your gonna get what you actually ordered is slim.

just speedy

I should’ve read the reviews before I order online and requested a simple Subway sandwich but no ham available. I requested the extra onions. They gave me like five pieces I requested to be toasted. I think it was just warmed up on top of the stove. Understand it’s a franchise, but the service shouldn’t matter where it’s located at. It was ok. But expected a little more attention to detail

The service was bad, the manager was not doing anything and he had the new trainee doing everything, and he was being so mean to him, and they didn’t have any of the two meats that I wanted.

im not the type to usually do this but I didn’t have a good experience at all…. The manager of this establishment was treating his new trainee horribly he saw he was struggling and was not even joking just standing around judging him!! Not lifting a finger to help whatsoever !!

Not sure who owns this one but they need help. Anyways I just tried to order a sandwich at 1:13 and they said the lobby was closed and I couldn't order. It was a 15-20 minute wait. Walmart employees were enjoying their food though.

I ordered one footling spicy and 6 in spicy. Got home and they had only pepperoni. Salami was missing. I told the employee I wanted spicy Italian, salami and pepperoni. I called the number and they not accepting phone calls. Leave voicemail....
