We were the only one in the drive through. Took 12 mins to get 2 burritos 2 tacos pulled on to the road check the food and it's all cold!! Worst Bueno ever.

My order was pretty simple. • bean burrito - only beans and cheese • crispy beef taco - no tomatoes • chips and cheese • medium drink
And this is what I got home with… • bean burrito… with chili sauce • crispy beef taco with only beef & greasy, squished grated cheese… where’s the lettuce?! • cheese………. no chips. what the heck? • THE DRINK WAS CORRECT! Hallelujah.
I was the only one in line in the drive-thru. It didn’t appear there were any patrons inside the business, so I know the employee wasn’t busy. As I pulled up to the window, the employee had to confirm my order (which would usually be absolutely great)… except she told me she had to make sure of what I actually ordered because she was trying to make my order as I was ordering it. So instead of just paying attention and inputting my order in the computer, then making it, she tried to “save time” by doing it as I was ordering. Then got the entire order COMPLETELY WRONG.
Y’all, please stop being lazy and taking short cuts. My goodness.

Royse City location is clean and friendly, always happy with their service and quality of food. It's sad taco bueno cut back on portion sizes across the board with every location but still enjoy stopping by every now and then, gotta have my fix of refried beans 🤤
A new location but always has issues. Soft Drink machine out last two trips I have been there. Out of CO2. ( Call Nuco2 they can fix this issue) They're supposed to have a chime that rings when you come inside. It's been broke. My last 3 trips. Staff is used to having this people need service bell. Since it is not working you can stand there for four or five minutes or yell to get attention. To management give the staff the tools they need to do there job. This is not rocket science.

OMG I'm just a Bueno junkie and my order was to go, I'm just not a big fan of this bueno because before they opened I was hired for a shift leader position, BUT I was removed without notice, replaced with a younger, cheaper, and less experienced person, imagine walking in to start your new job and they forgot to let you know and tell you when you arrive to your first day of work! Pretty inexperienced management in my opinion, and not very considerate of others

1 hour ago…..went inside because the drive thru was very long. No one was ordering inside. Stood there almost 10 minutes watching 2 ladies make tacos and 1 work the drive thru. I asked them if anyone was working the counter and 1 replied I had to wait for the one working the window orders. I left…not giving them my money if they can’t even acknowledge me standing there!
