This location is super slow. Service is terrible. They have new employees constantly who don’t seem to care about their jobs very much. A lot of the times ice cream machine is down. Lady took our order tonight and just looked at us without entering anything into the register. Then went to the register and had us repeat what we wanted. We were given our chicken and dumplings in drink cups.

We have had the pleasure of the same two young ladies taking and making our order. When I tell you these two are amazing that's an understatement..
The wait was horrible, I had ordered a kids meal and that was all. I expected to wait for 10-15 minutes but instead waited past 30 minutes when there were no customers dining in. I tried being understanding but the worker and manger acted like they didn’t care. Do better

If you are tempted to stop, don't. Let me save you some time, and tell you a few things. It's dirty, understaffed, and very slow. Waited for 30 minutes just to have them come out with chicken. After that, they came out to check receipts because multiple cars were waiting.. no one seemed to have an idea what any of us had ordered. Finally, our little box came out, and we left. What a headache.

My husband and I came to pick up an order. They forgot the bacon on the burgers. He went back to rectify the bad order one week later, 10 miles). This order forgot one of the burgers entirely, Will not be going back to this establishment ever again!!!
Every time we go to Dairy Queen for ice cream and pull up to the drive thru, they answer with welcome to Dairy Queen , if you want ice cream our machine is down. This happens all the time….it’s Dairy Queen…it’s where you go for ice cream. The last time we dined in, they said ice cream was all they had that the grill was down. Someone please do something about the service here. We don’t like driving 20 minutes to Jacksonville because the Rusk branch is so bad. Thank you

Every time I've gone to this dairy queen it's been horrible (only have gone twice) If I could send a picture of the jalitos I got and the blizzard my sister got I would. JALITOS BURNT and blizzard is in a cup that looks like a smaller cup but split open in middle when picked it up and made huge mess. THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING. Obviously very bad management. NEEDS NEW MANAGER that can handle it.

Drive through menus & speakers were out of order, so waited 15 mins to find out things we wanted were out of stock. When ordering, got sass from staff in the back about an item we didn’t even mention… left before we even finished ordering for rude/unprofessional behavior.
