Drive through menus & speakers were out of order, so waited 15 mins to find out things we wanted were out of stock. When ordering, got sass from staff in the back about an item we didn’t even mention… left before we even finished ordering for rude/unprofessional behavior.

This place is really out dated, I doesn't even have any way to work with the app. Also, the service on both visits was slow and on the second visit they completely forgot our order!!!! We waited 25 minutes to get our three blizzards we had ordered!!!! I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND this place.

I love dairy queen but dang I don't know what happened. I ordered a crispy chicken salad I got grilled they only had honey mustard as a dressing and my salad seemed to be made with ingredients that go on a burger let's just say I wasn't happy AT ALL ?

Manager was rude. Went in, placed an order and never got my ice cream. I asked after sever customers came and went where mine was. She said "I forgot. It's my fault. If you want to complain tell them I did it" Ok. I never got my ice cream and here I am saying she is spoiling the Dairy and souring the milk. Find a new manager.
