No human being at counter, must order through kiosk. The food (nuggets and fries) was edible but bland. There were five other people in the place but no one had kept up with cleaning the floor or tables.

Location uses the app, but when the app has an error after payment is taken, they do not hold themselves accountable even after being given proof of payment. Instead they tell you it's your problem and that you'll have to contact through the app. They say it will take 3 days to get your money back. Thing is, it never comes. I was nice the first time, but now this is the 2nd time this has happened so now I know its this location because no other location has acted this way. Corporate says to speak with the location and the extremely rude employees once again says it's not their problem. Here's a tip, after being given a receipt showing payment, make the food. Otherwise it's theft. Taking payment without providing said service or goods is literally the definition of theft.

Told me my mobile order was canceled and I only paid for drinks because I came a few minutes after breakfast was over.After going through the drive thru again and ordering from the mobile app again, i was asked to wait in the front. After waiting they come out with 2 orders! The original and a second one for lunch. I demanded a refund and after returning the food i was not reimbursed the reward points used on the deal. The next day I had to thoroughly explain why they still owed me the deal I paid for. The entire time there was a long line behind me. Very agitating and I'll be eating there food less to avoid the frustration.

I'm a 18yr old female from Houston TX I was just getting released from the county jail for a petty warrant, I was sitting waiting on my ride to come pick me up, I asked the manager to use the phone, she was really nice and allowed me to do so, after sitting there a while, this regular employee with a blonde man bun driving a red pick up truck thought it would be be funny to tell me I could no longer sit inside the restaurant anymore so I was forced to sit outside in this cold and dark in this town I know nothing about, while he laughs and drives off after his shift

Just ordered food from the drive thru. Very slow. But the worst was that when we opened our order of fries, we hardly got any! Paid for a large French fry and we MAYBE got an amount that would equal a small. Very disappointed to have to pay that much for fast food and then hardly get any.
