I experienced a significant delay at the Sonic drive-through, waiting over 20 minutes without any communication. My husband had to request a refund, but the employee, although polite, mentioned our food was ready and provided it shortly after. Improved communication could enhance the overall customer experience.

Came through to get drinks around 8 this morning. The app wasn’t working for half priced drinks. Lady said it would be an hour before the app was back up and that was the only way to get the discount. Got charged full price for all of the drinks. If you are driving through town head to Jacksonville sonic.

Tried to stop for dinner after a long day of work. It was 8 pm and I was driving a larger vehicle so I went to use the pedestrian order pedestal and the audio didn't work. They could hear me but I couldn't hear them. Instead of offering to take an order the workers inside just talked amongst each other and never helped so I left and went elsewhere. The worst part is they lost 3 people's business in 5 minutes as another guy pulled up to order and his order was ignored as well. Oh well. McDonald's next door was good.

Ok I went here and ordered mozzarella sticks. The food was delivered and it was truly disappointing. There was no mozzarella in 3 out of 4 of the sticks. I just had the crust. Very disappointed. I've been here before and it was ok but this was the worst. I just needed something to drink and thought I'd get a little something to nibble on. I couldn't wait to drive to Jacksonville. I should have waited. Jacksonville is much better.

Took over 20 minutes for order to come out. Burger was made wrong, I ordered tater tots, carhop argued that I ordered fries, didn't matter anyways bcuz after looking in bag I didn't have fries either. Called back in and waited over 20 minutes and still had no fries so I left.
