Ordered a spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread, and the foot long pepperoni and cheese wrap/roll, asked for extra pickles on the sandwich, she put 4 whole pickle slices on it. Asked for extra banana peppers, she put 6 slices on it. That’s ridiculous, a foot of sandwich and 4 whole pickles, how generous, when ordering the pepperoni disappointment, he asked what cheese, I said surprise me, I get home and take a bite, no cheese, I guess I’m surprised… never going back.

I ordered a sandwich toasted and what do I get? A cold, untoasted sandwich. I worked a 10 hr shift and all I wanted after a long hard day was a nice toasted sandwich. I will never be coming back here.

If you order sandwiches online and request that they be toasted, they won't toast them. I got a 2 cold sandwiches just because I wasn't standing there watching them. The whole reason I ordered out was for a warm meal while I'm sick. Instead I got a cold soggy sandwich from a lazy employee that somehow thought we wouldn't notice. If you want your order to be correct, don't use the online order system bc they won't do their job without someone watching them.

Food and service are great, bar is fully stocked but the store is almost always slow and has no one eating inside.
Order clearly indicated oil and vinegar on sandwich. None of either. Sandwich very dry and unappetizing. This was your chance to make up from previous screwups but as always, subway just can’t get it right!
