The person who made my order was super sweet and took her time to make my sandwich look pretty - like it was so uniform and looked like what would be on commercials! It also tasted like it was made with love. Thank you for your great service. I really appreciate you!

We are in a small town. We always order online and go straight up there , only 2 minutes from our house.Food is always cold even though we order our sandwiches toasted We choose light sauce and they must not read the orders because often thier is so much sauce on there it is running down my hands and face.

Ordered a spicy Italian on Italian herb and cheese bread, and the foot long pepperoni and cheese wrap/roll, asked for extra pickles on the sandwich, she put 4 whole pickle slices on it. Asked for extra banana peppers, she put 6 slices on it. That’s ridiculous, a foot of sandwich and 4 whole pickles, how generous, when ordering the pepperoni disappointment, he asked what cheese, I said surprise me, I get home and take a bite, no cheese, I guess I’m surprised… never going back.

This restaurants quality of product is trash! I hate that every single time I go there for an online order pickup they have given me the hardest bread that is essentially unchewable, old and hard, but if you standing in front of them ordering and you request fresh soft bread it’s in stock! This is not a one time accident! This is not my first documented complaint! This tells me this behavior is encouraged by the franchise owner and its management and that is completely unethical and unhinged! Sneaky and disgusting! A footlong sandwich for $15 out the door is 2 hours worth of wages for these employees, and I am not the only person buying a footling in an hour! You all should be ashamed of yourselves and this will be reported to the brand. I tried to handle this locally but obviously you do not care about your customers in the community or your employees for pushing this disgusting trick on people! No I do not want a different hard and inedible sandwhich, I do not want my money back I want you to fix this practice! You should be able to look back at your sales and compare them to the amount of product you pushed out down to the time of day every day of every year! It’s called forecasting and this will help you to determine how much bread should be cooked and at what time, first in first out, I managed several Subway stores as an areas manager for 8 years, I pulled some stores out of the gutter & they are still thriving 20 years later! This is by far the worst franchised restaurant under the brand! I highly do not recommend! I’d post a video of the thud it made when I tossed the entire brick of a sandwich in trash can but it doesn’t allow videos!
I ordered a sandwich toasted and what do I get? A cold, untoasted sandwich. I worked a 10 hr shift and all I wanted after a long hard day was a nice toasted sandwich. I will never be coming back here.

If you order sandwiches online and request that they be toasted, they won't toast them. I got a 2 cold sandwiches just because I wasn't standing there watching them. The whole reason I ordered out was for a warm meal while I'm sick. Instead I got a cold soggy sandwich from a lazy employee that somehow thought we wouldn't notice. If you want your order to be correct, don't use the online order system bc they won't do their job without someone watching them.
The food was amazing and Tiffany and Jojo are good with helping out on what to get you if you know.
