We are in a small town. We always order online and go straight up there , only 2 minutes from our house.Food is always cold even though we order our sandwiches toasted We choose light sauce and they must not read the orders because often thier is so much sauce on there it is running down my hands and face.
Kuddos to these employees for dealing with the biggest Karen that I've ever encountered. Karen held up the line for 10 minutes complaining about her meat wasn't folded like the picture and her bacon wasn't cut precisely into 8 pieces. Then she proceeded to tell the employees that she managed a Subway for 8 years. These employees were nothing but friendly and accommodating to her overdramatic self. The employees were very nice. They did an excellent job of making us feel welcomed.
