Place was dirty, tacos had almost no meat but we're alright I guess. The employees though were kinda rude and just had bad attitudes, and had order wrong twice. Was first time eating at this one but I was not impressed

I called up there to give a heads up on a big order asked for a manager and realized who I was talking to and then I asked for a different manager when he refused after asking twice he hung up and called me on his personal phone and told me not to call anymore so I canceled my order and went somewhere else

I stopped eating Taco Bell years ago because they changed their meat. but I was craving crispy tacos and it was my only option, so I tried it. I still hated it. The chips, and shells were stale and the meat seasoning sucked worse than I remembered. Sevice was great though! Bring the *encharito back*

I went in today only to find you can not order without using a touch screen. If you want to wait, an employee will come around in a minute or two to work the touch screen for you, but no one will take your order at what was the counter. I really dislike this and doubt I will be back because of it.

Just stopped by after driving 4 hours heading towards jacksonville. Not only was the wait forever but the food was horrible. I got it cold once and then they remade it and gave me a replacement that was hard as a rock and had a long hair in it. they refused to make it again. i was lucked out
