We had a $37 order. The fries were cold. Both chicken sandwiches were cold. No condiments were in the order as we specified. Dark an dreary inside decor in my opinion. Asked for 2 glasses for water and they wanted $.38 per cup. I can see that, if we hadn’t purchased food. We won’t be patronizing this Whataburger again.

Pleasant enough staff, maybe they're shorthanded because service can be particularly slow sometimes and sometimes the order is not correct which can be an allergy issue. Overall decent for the price but fast food is very limited in this small town.

The Rusk Whataburger is an outstanding fast food restaurant. The decor is truly Texas. We enjoyed our meal, but as usual, Whataburger is a bit pricey compared to other burger outlets.

This place is usually fine, a little slow and they forget things at times but otherwise your typical fast food restaurant, but there is a guy working at night, (11/25/24 is the date today, don't know how long he's been working there but haven't seen him before, but don't order super often) his name is Isaiah, tried lying and said he didn't know his own name as well when I asked for it, said nothing other than lying about his name and said "Give me a minute" when I pulled up to the speaker, no biggie, gave him 5 or 6 minutes before saying "If it helps I ordered through the app about 15-20 minutes ago now." He said "You're just going to have to wait." Finally got pulled around after probably 10 minutes at the drive through window, only one other car was there and only one person inside, and waited on the car in front of us who barely got anything based on my observation of the bag he was handed, that took another ten or so minutes and 'Isiah' walked around with my drink open without a lid, don't know where he went with it but came back later to put a lid on it angrily and finally gave us our food. Mind you it was one jr burger, one chicken sandwich and one drink, that's all. But the customer service coming from him was absolutely awful and I have never waited that long when it wasn't busy at all. :( *This was through the drive thru.
Mrs.Shameka that does the drive-thru is absolutely the best. I love her personality. She is kind and has a great bubbly attitude. I love seeing you dear. The onion ring lady.

I recently visited Whataburger and had a great experience with their food. Everything was delicious, with a menu offering fantastic variety and fresh ingredients. The service was fairly average, nothing extraordinary but efficient enough to get the job done. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, providing a comfortable and inviting space to enjoy a meal. Overall, Whataburger is a solid choice for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
