The guy working the register was absolutely the Best . I asked him what he recommended for breakfast and he gave me several of his personal favorites. He brought my food to me while I was getting my drinks. I had forgot to order a milkshake and he had it in my hand within 2 minutes with a drink holder. He was very professional and so friendly. He will be the reason I go back to this Whataburger. Wish I could remember his name .

Pleaseeeee do not eat at this restaurant. The food is mediocre. Your order will always be wrong and the restaurant always have long lines in the drive through. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Eat at your own risk. I orderd a sausage breakfast bowl and the gravy was white in color and watery. The hasbrowns were old and the eggs were hard. Every time I eat at this location I get sick but I mean it is in Rusk.

The food was not hot, the bacon was soggy. This is an update... The food was ok but they do not offer a wheat bun, in Alvin TX wheat bun is offered, I am diabetic and need a wheat bun option. I had to throw the bun in the trash. This is ridiculous when you consider how much it cost to feed 1 person

We had a $37 order. The fries were cold. Both chicken sandwiches were cold. No condiments were in the order as we specified. Dark an dreary inside decor in my opinion. Asked for 2 glasses for water and they wanted $.38 per cup. I can see that, if we hadn’t purchased food. We won’t be patronizing this Whataburger again.
