I've definitely had better whataburgers before, the food was Mediocre and the service was second rate. But that seems to be what you get from kids now days.

What we ordered: 1.Whataburger (just as it comes), med onion rings 2.Bacon dbl cheeseburger, mayo ketchup lettuce, lrg fries.What we got: 1.Whataburger mayo ketchup lettuce, onion rings (should have been mustard pickles lettuce). 2.Whatburger bacon tomato mustard pickles cheese (should have been a DOUBLE PATTY mayo ketchup lettuce), lrg fries.They weren't too busy and my husband went inside to order and wait. I mean come on, it's two meals and can't even get it right. I loved the onion rings but it completely ruined my burger even though we switched top buns.

If you like bad food being served by unfriendly workers this is your place. There are flies all over the dining room and I found a long hair in my fries.
Knowing Whataburger is usually slow I ordered on the app and selected a time for our order to be ready 10 min before we would get there. Still had to wait nearly 10 min after we got there only to have to wait another 10-15 min for them to fix what they got wrong. Two other customers came in from the drive thru while I was waiting with wrong orders to be fixed.

I went through the drive thru & Kedacia took my order. She was friendly, quick & got everything perfect. Then got to the window and the food was fresh, delicious and her service was great. Will definitely be back because of her!

I don't see what the big thing is with whataburger. Way way over priced. I like to have food that looks like it was cooked or assembled by someone who takes pride in their food being a fast food place or a nice restaurant.What you see on their commercials are beautiful meals what I got looked like it was assembled by Ray Charles and Helen Keller.Kindergartens could make a better looking meal. If not I would at least expect them not too do a good job.
Food is always good. Sometimes a good wait for your food around lunch and dinner time.Parking: This location is attached to a gas station/convenience store so parking can be very limited at times.

I ordered the chili burger. I didn't enjoy it. It was the taste of the chili. I ordered over the app. It was very simple. Picking up my order was easy, although, I did not receive the cookie I ordered. I did not realize it until I got home. It was later than I normally dine, so I did not inform the store. I have eaten here numerous times and received great service and food I enjoyed. I will probably return in the future.
