Hi so basically i went last friday, and i can’t even explain how good it was. I got the oreo crème smoothie, and oh my goodness, i fell in love with it. If you are a big oreo/chocolate fan, then i totally recommend getting this. Also, i totally loved the vibe of this place. It was so much fun just to be there. there was this one worker- her name was either Aubrey or Audrey. Then, there was this other person whose name was either Myley or Kylie (if you’re reading this i’m sorry i messed up your names). Anyways they were the people that i like talked to and ordered with and got help with. They were so so so nice, and it was so obvious that they truly enjoy working here. I love the desserts, i love the atmosphere, i love everything. Please come visit this place!!!

My friends and I went through the drive thru tonight and were severely disappointed in the service we received. None of us like to complain but the entire team was giggling into the mic and had us repeat ourselves multiple times because they were not listening. They also got my entire order wrong because I wanted birthday cake with no sprinkles. They kept the sprinkles on and didn’t even include the tropic creme that comes with it. They were all distracted and kept looking at us through the drive thru window and laughing. They also claimed that the payment didn’t go through the first but my friend’s bank account was still charged. It was very clear there was not a manager on staff and overall highly unprofessional.

They don’t serve food that I’ve seen, but they serve a variety of cold drinks. They’re always so polite and my drinks are always made correctly.
I'm thoroughly disgusted. I ordered a Kahlua shake. When the staff member emptied into my cup she dropped about a quarter of it onto the table. This my cup was only 3/4 of the way full. Rather than fill it up the rest of the way or remake a little bit more a quarter of my shake was filled up with whipped cream. I didn't pay $7.25 for a shake that is a quarter of the way whipped cream. Yes the shake was absolutely delicious. But for the price I paid I was expecting a full glass. The staff were also incredibly rude. I don't understand what their problem was but they were incredibly short, kurt, and not willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. I don't know if I will come back.

I ordered online, showed up and they had my snow cone sitting OUTSIDE on the counter. I told them I was there to pick up an order and they tried to hand me the melted snow cone that was sitting outside in the 93 degree heat. What sense does that make ?? How did you know I wasn’t going to come through drive thru to get my order? Why would you not set it in the freezer like any other location does? I also saw an employee chasing someone else trying to touch them with a mop. Who’s running this place? I was late going back to work because I had to ASK them to make me a new one which took another 10 minutes. Ridiculous.

The shaved ice was so good and the sour sauce was so delicious and sour but it was still good this is the best place to get shaved ice my brothers and sister loved it and I would love to go there again best place to go to on a hot day
I would have gone no stars if I could. The bottom half of my snow cone has no juice on half blue raspberry and half pink lemonade. This is not the only time this location has done this. Not to mention you can’t finish your order before the clerk cuts you off with is that all. Could go on but what’s the point, no one here really cares. Overall disappointed with what used to be a great location

Got a drink for my wife, so I can't speak to the drinks themselves. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Even let us buy a couple of the special edition Sonic the Hedgehog spoons, which was pretty cool of them to do.
