Black Rock Coffee Bar has a solid menu and quick service, but the experience felt average this time. Drinks were decent, just not very memorable, and the atmosphere was okay but didn’t really stand out. It’s a convenient stop if you’re nearby, but there’s room to improve consistency and overall vibe.

This is hands down the best spot for coffee any day, any time. The staff are super awesome, sweet, and overall the kindness staff of any coffee place I've been to since I moved to TX. This Sachse location will always be my favorite, and is the reason Blackrock is my go to for my coffee fix!

Decent outlet where I happen to be a fair regular. Drink quality varies with the staff, which can be a mixed bag, but are for the most part considerate and patient. The Caramel Blondie, Hot Chocolate and Matcha Latte are quite nice. Special shoutout to Abbie, who took the time to perfect my drink despite the inconvenience. Give her a raise !

I came here the other day and I tried to get a hot peppermint bark and it was way too hot and there was 0 peppermint in it and i even asked for extra sweet but it wasnt. And when I brought to their attention they rudely dismissed me and I felt like they didn’t want me their even though ive been a loyal customer for years. And lilly was the one who had the worst attitude. I am never coming here again.

I prefer non-flavored lattes and enjoy the taste of coffee. I love the taste of Black Rock's coffee and lattes so much that I go out of my way to drive by the Woodbridge location instead of stopping at one of the 5 Starbucks I pass naturally on the way to work.

The only things about this location that I don't like is the limited parking and the non-covered areas in the drive-thru at the order and pickup spots. The interior of my car, including window and lock controls, have gotten soaked a few times lately. Hope this can be fixed in the future.

I’ve been a customer at this Black Rock for over two years, usually visiting couple times a week. Today’s service was very disappointing. I ordered my usual almond milk drink with *no foam* and *extra hot*, but it was half foam even after repeating my order. When I brought it up, the two baristas were dismissive and unprofessional, saying “that’s how we make it.”

This has never happened before, but the attitude and lack of respect were surprising. I hope management addresses this with better customer service training I truly love Black Rock, but this visit was unacceptable.

We ordered 4 cups of coffee. The server was a young black girl. And she mixed up our orders. No apologies and nothing. We spent about $30 for four cups of coffee and no apology for your mistake? Very POOR customer service. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!
