I want to continue to give blackrock my business and not support Starbucks but they need to have more staff in the mornings. The drive through wait times are too unpredictable for commuters heading into work.Other than that, their espresso is tastier than competitors and staff is friendly.

The service is amazing everytime l! They are quick in the drive through or in store. I go here to study and I love. The only thing I personal don't like is the sweetness of the drinks to me they are really sweet but I also am not a fan of sugar so take that with a grain of salt. If your someone who likes coffee but not the taste of coffee these are good for you. Prices are comparable to Starbucks maybe a little more depending on what you get from either place. They also have a rewards so you can get a free coffee every now and then I believe it's after ten coffees but I am not sure but I wish it was after 6 or 7 so you can get one a week if your someone who goes every week.

Service was really lousy.They kept messing up the orders, and were out of some stuff.It also took a while to get our order.We're just used to well operated chain & independent coffee shops and this was a couple of levels below.Unfortunately, the coffee tasted off as well.The coffee shop was clean and tidy though.Unlikely to come back.

Did not try the food but purchased a medium iced caramel blonde latte. Flavors were dominant and delicious although, I was unable to taste really any coffee flavor. I would definitely add an extra shot next time. Staff was welcoming and personable. Would return.

Why can’t they get my order right? I love the coffee and I keep going back to try again but the staff cannot seem to get my order right. I only ask for a vanilla latte and they always forget the vanilla. I get a good one every 5 times. Not sure it’s worth the hassle. Starbucks just opened across the street and I’ll probably start going there.

Drinks are ok. The breakfast burrito is a joke for the price they charge. It's basically a tortilla with a couple teaspoons of egg filling. No bigger than a small kolache. Absolutely nothing like the photo displayed when ordering.

Ordered cold brew with vanilla. It wasn't bad but I had to go home and make coffee to make it taste more coffee-like as it was too sweet. Service and the place was nice.
We had to repeat our order twice at the drive thru and then again at the window. Sadly they still managed to get one of our drinks wrong. Good coffee

Note: I've only ordered via UberEats, I have not dined in yet. I would love to give this place more stars but there's a number of cons that keep me from doing so. Overall, the drinks are good. I particularly enjoy their Peppermint Bark, and IV Latte. But, given how expensive they are, you would think when you pay the extra to order a large, your cup would be full! But when I ordered two large coffees (one for the next morning) I was really disappointed with what arrived was almost only half full (and that's not me being a pessimist). It would be one thing if it was just one of them but nope, both drinks came lacking a good chunk of coffee. If this is the norm then it is not at all worth the price. But I hope it's not because the third drink I ordered, a regular Watermelon fuel, was totally full! Also the fuel drink was way sweeter than I thought it would be, but they do have options to change the sweetness level which I recommend taking advantage of. All in all, meh.
