Rag and a lady repaired our ice cream. They were patient and very polite as we all took our time ordering. We dined in very clean. Gave four stars because, The manager was so unprofessional. I don’t agree with discipline your employees in Front of paying guests. You stop your employees from serving paying guest as well disturbing guest who were enjoying their ice cream. I felt bad for them. You could even tell they were annoyed. It’s a time and place for everything and that wasn’t the time.

Terrible service

Got there at opening 12 noon. Place was very very dirty. Waffle was stale. We have tried a few times and always disappointed.

The saddest ice cream experience

VERY PREJUDICE MANAGER!!!! NEED TO BE CLOSE DOWN

I googled this place before I drove here. The google page said they closed at 9:30. I arrived right at 8:59. The open sign was lit and the door was unlocked. As soon as I walked in I was told they were closed. The teens didn’t go out of their way to even serve me since I was already inside. They were very dismissive. I come here every now and then and the wait time is crazy. I’ve also had instances of the teens being rude. Customer service is not what it used to be. The company just lost a sale for not serving me. When I used to work in retail, if someone walked in the door right at closing time, we would assist them because every dollar counts.

Wow I'm not in to desserts that much but locked inside due to weather conditions and felt like some desserts with family and picked this place and it didn't not disappoint from their selections to delicious tastes on all of our different choices didn't mind the prices.

It’s 4/10 8:45pm and the blonde associate ran and locked the door while we were walking towards the door. Another couple and my family were turned away from being served which is honestly just incredibly rude.
She also asked people to leave while they were still eating inside while i was unloading my toddler from the car.

Me and my friend went and they didn't accept tap to pay or apple pay in general and they couldnt make any smoothies or shakes (still stuck in medieval times xD) so they gave it to us for free because we already tasted it. icecream was good though

This is a one and done for my family and me! Trying different ice cream spots in our neighborhood is what we do on Sunday evenings. Although the ice cream was good I’m out on the price. $40.00 for 2x small and 2x median is crazy!!! Not for me, I’ll take my ice cream Sundays somewhere more reasonable.

We came here for the first time today and had a great experience! Everything was very clean and the ice cream was delicious! We had the founders favorite and the coffee lovers and loved both!

Customer service was trash, workers are clumsy and the reason wait times are long is because the workers want to have conversations during the making of products. Don’t bother coming here because the ice cream is melted by the time you get to pay.
