Poor service at the person standing outside taking my order. Not a “how can I help you” not a “what do you need? “ nothing. I got nothing. She just walked up to the window and gave me a blank stare , zero smile, zero emotion with zero effort. I was waiting for her to say something first but it ended up feeling like we are having a staring contest. Really bothered me. I almost just drove off. Maybe because they have her standing in the sun all day, I really felt bad, wish they had a tent & a fan or something to keep them cool. It would really help their attitude.

Went to Dutch bros. Visiting from NC. I got a Rebel Shark Attack, and I watched the dude put blue raspberry and cherry and give me the drink. I asked about the coconut and lime and pomegranate and he ignored me and gave me the other 2 coffees I ordered. The drink tastes nasty and I dumped it out 5 min later. The dude taking my order had a bad attitude when we said we didn’t want the rewards program. Lost a customer for life 07/09/2024 at 10:30am. I will be recommending my family to go to caribou coffee from now on. Do not go here, and tell your family to not come here as well

i usually have a great experience here but they made me the wrong drink but ofc they happily fixed so everything was great until my mom handed the messed up drink back to the bro rista which she gladly took then it think a manager came to the window and was straight up giving my mom an attitude like ???? that wasn’t on my mom she didn’t know the policy… idk that just rubbed me the wrong way ig.

To was first bad experience at this location. One of the girls getting orders was unprofessional idk if she knew the guy or was just getting her mack on with this guy. But she def held up the line and had the audacity to go inside and let her co worker to do the rest of the work knowing it was super busy this morning! Dutch Bros this employee of yours needs to get a warning or something she has some butterflies on the side of her neck and has braces. That was just rude and ghetto behavior of this emplee.

This is for the owner and corporate, add a speaker to take order in the rain. They currently only take orders at the window and it makes the line/wait extremely long. Either get a speaker to take orders

Sofia and Rebecca are amazing! I have a corn allergy and they went out of their way to help me find items I can drink that don’t have my allergens in them. I appreciate their patience and customer service so much! Will definitely be a loyal customer now.
Dietary restrictions: They have sugar-free rebels (energy drinks) without HFCS and a few sugar free syrup options without HFCS as well! March through April of 2024 they have popping boba which is HFCS and corn syrup free as well!

My husband and I go to this location all the time. The staff is great and everyone is extremely friendly. The only downside is the decline in consistency of the drinks. I usually get mine sugar free, but I switched it up this morning because I thought maybe it would taste better, nope, tasted worse. It tasted like the coffee was burnt, it was not sweet, and tasted like rubber. I would’ve thought that it would be been sweeter since I didn’t get sugar free today, but it actually tasted like they forgot the sugar and caramel drizzle. My husband got the same drink, but as a freeze and his tasted like they forgot to sweeten it as well. I hope we don’t have to start going back to Starbucks again because Dutch Bros is/ was my favorite.
