My go-to place; however, experience this time was terrible. Placed my order online and got a Medium Drink & Large Drink (both hot). When she gave us the large drink, we asked her “this is the large?” then she said yes and proceeded to show us the cups. Then, we got the medium and told her that it’s the same size, she walked away and ignored us. Terrible service.

Came here to get a drink and a UNMARKED ICE van came up and attempted to deport a family of “illegal” immigrants in front of me, fortunately an employee named Jude swooped in and defeated the masked kidnappers single handed. I was in disbelief as they finished off the non identifying ICE agents and escorted the immigrants to safety, then returned promptly to take my order kindly and with patience, I ordered a vampire slayer soda and a golden eagle blended freeze, wonderful service and atmosphere!

Honestly disappointed with Dutch Bros. They just can’t seem to get their coffee right. I’ve tried multiple drinks, and every time the flavor is either burnt, overly sweet, or just completely off. For how expensive their drinks are, you’d expect better quality and consistency. It’s honestly a shame to pay that much for something that doesn’t even taste good. Definitely not worth it, and I won’t be coming back.
