Way overpriced for the very small portions you get. The quality is not impressive at all. Everything is very bland, the buns are flat and so soggy that I threw mine away, we all very given half orders of fries. The kids meals are a joke with the burgers being very tiny, and coming with only 3 chicken nuggets. Literally any other fast food restaurant is a better deal. The kids like the playground so we may come back but will only be getting drinks or milkshakes.

My family enjoys Hat Creek as it offers good food and a large outdoor playground. My favorite is the Paleo burger, a hamburger with vegetables and no bread. Also their chicken nuggets are gluten free. Another reason we like it here.Kid-friendliness: Has a large outdoor playground.
I ordered a burger, loaded french fries, and a shake. When I got the order, the fries were not loaded. When I reminded the worker that I had ordered loaded fries, she said that she must have put it in wrong but did not offer to correct her mistake.Though the flavor was good, the quantity of french fries I received seemed a little anemic.Perhaps this was all a matter of Bidenomics, but the burger also seemed a bit too small for the price I paid. It was a double burger, but it seemed about the size of a junior burger at whataburger.The shake also turned out to be something along the lines of a child size, much smaller than what I expected for the price.Overall, the flavor of everything was good, but I feel like the price point was about thirty percent too high for what I was sold.

The food here is pretty basic. Fast food type burgers and fries. The service is good. I was greeted when I entered and promptly helped. The fun thing about this place is the environment. You can eat indoors or outdoors, and they have a playground for the kids. If you have kids, I'd definitely recommend going here. If you don't, you won't miss out on much food-wise.

Nice atmosphere. I've driven by this place several times and wanted to give it a try since they have an actual playground OUTDOORS. Anyway, I've been here for nearly 45mins and all I ordered was a salad and a kids burger. Still no food... Yet they made some other guy's order TWICE? They are lacking the service and organization here. It's not even that busy. I've seen 2 other people get up and go inquire about their order. This is absurd. I'd give 0 stars for their service if possible.Edit: so I finally got our food and they forgot my son's chocolate milk, the dressing to my salad, which was also supposed to have avocado on it. The salad was tiny, so of course it's all gone (no I'm not a fat slob that thinks everything should be "biggie sized") So, even if I mentioned this to the staff or manager, there's not much they could really do for me at this point. This place wasn't as great as I'd hoped. Especially for the price. $10 for a tiny salad... I'd hate to see what their side salad looks like.

Meets not over cooked or too small, they use good sauces where needed instead of serving a plain burger. They have lots of variety. Overall one of my go to places for a burger when I'm feeling glutinous!
The playground is nice for your kid to play on while you eat. Can tire your kids out. Food is ok, but overpriced IMO for portions you get. Overall, it is a very average burger place that I would never go to if I didn’t have kids. But is good for parents with kids. Food is OK. Prices are too high though. Employees are not friendly at all.It seems like every time I place a to go order they can't hear me. I don't think they are trying to be annoying maybe their intercom system is broken. It's still annoying to have to repeat things 3 times in the back when placing an order and then get to the window and have to repeat the order again. My vehicle is not loud, this location is not in a noisy area, and I am speaking in a regular to loud tone. Then when I get to the window they are glaring and staring like I did something wrong. I also get concerned that if they can't hear, they are going to get my order wrong. That has happened and I had to go back up there. I think I might just start going to the new burger place down the street.
