Terrible

I love jersey mikes. Truly the best sandwiches and so fresh every time. The people that work at this location are always so friendly and kind.. the issue is that my order is wrong 50% of the time when I order to go . The amount of times I’ve gotten home and had to go back up there is ridiculous and frustrating.

Poor planning on my part ment last minute attempt for a very late dinner. We walked in tonight at 8:56pm prepared to be turned away. Instead, we were met with a friendly staff, happy to take our order. Jersey Mike's Sachse saved the day!

Swing and a miss. Pushing 30 minutes for a to go order. Watched it sitting on the make table half made for 10 minutes.

I’m pissed. When I walked to the counter I began to order when one of the employees made me feel uncomfortable by flirting with me. Because of this I didn’t pay much attention to what she was doing when making the food I ordered. I asked for the meat to be cooked (because my wife is pregnant) and no tomato (because she doesn’t like tomato). This was not done even though, she said she’s “got me”. Jersey Mikes is the best sandwich shop out there, but this was not a good experience.

Food was alright - nothing great or to be surprised about. Good place to go to if you’re in the mood for a sub. Service was good but they have to slice everything so it can be a bit slow.

I absolutely love the staff here! I typically go every Wednesday and the minute I walk through the door I get greetings and smiles! The food is always fresh, the atmosphere is always clean and the staff is absolutely amazing!!!!! It doesn't get much better than this❤️

Gave me food poisoning.

They need to clean their tea containers I got a tea yesterday and it's slimey, and disgusting today I'm seriously disgusted. Unhappy.
