Honestly, this was my first time having Koshary and it was yummy. The flavors are tangy and the rice, lentils, and tomato sauce go so well together. The vender was kind enough to give us meat sauce on the side and it was nice as well. Will definitely try again Insha’Allah keep up the good work!

This koshary truck is a true hidden gem. The flavors are bold, authentic, and perfectly balanced—tangy tomato sauce, crispy onions, and hearty layers of rice, lentils, pasta, and chickpeas. Everything is fresh, generous, and made with care. Fast, friendly service seals the deal. Easily the best koshary I’ve had outside Egypt. Don’t miss it!
