Awful they give us wrong drinks wrong food and everything the drinks taste like metal and chemicals and water and the food is dry and cold all the workers always give me a bad attitude and refuse to serve me the right things and lied about the grinch meal being sold out as they give some one behind me 5 as I heard them order it they never give me my rewards either or nothing bathrooms always dirty inside is dirty too every time is always a worse experience would never recommend this location even if it is convenient for you could drive a little bit further for better service all the workers are also on their phone and only see one person doing anything they need to fire every worker and the owner needs to just let the place go I’ve complained multiple times and every single one the workers and high school student has always had some sort of bad attitude and cussing me or other customers out they do not deserve to work here and should not be in customer service or food why it take them as long as a real restaurant

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. I have been twice, and both times it takes over 20 minutes to receive your order. They never have arches. A lady just walked in and talked to the manager that she has been waiting in the drive up for 30 minutes and has not received her order.
We need to stop supporting places that continually take advantage of us, take our hard earned money and give us crap food and service in return.

Ordered night before Thanksgiving a two cheeseburger meal. Got fries and drink. No cheeseburgers in the bag. Ordered two family fries and forty piece nuggets. They gave twenty piece nuggets and no family fries at all. I came back asking for food and got the cheese burgers. Everything else still missing. The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. The only thing they got right were the three chicken sandwiches. I can’t even ask for a refund because the app won’t give me that option. Horrible company.

Counter pick-up order. It was ready immediately after I walked in. Coming in from a bright Texas day, the restaurant seemed a little dark, and the seating area was relatively small, although sufficiently inviting.

I placed a mobile order around 10:40 pm tonight on 06/12/25. I waited 30 minutes in line, and after getting to the pick up window, they told me they didn’t see an order with my code. I confirmed that it was the right location, at 5230 Hwy 78, and showed them the code on my phone. Instead of fulfilling my order, they refused to give me any food, and told me to cancel the order. There’s no way to cancel the order through the app once it’s been placed, so now I’m out money with no food, and 30 minutes wasted. Awful service, I will not be back.

Much of the food at McDonald's has lost quality. The biscuits Eggs muffins as a few examples at breakfast. The app is almost useless. At least the restroom had paper towels. The service and food was OK. The price of my wife's biscuit and egg and bacon was almost 6 bucks just insane.
Customer service is usually pretty good. As for the food, it's Mc Donald's.

I bought a double quarter pounder with cheese yesterday, that burger had more salt on it than the sea. I actually got sick. There should be a measured amount you all put on the burgers and fries. So discuting I threw away my food. Update!! Ordered from this place to maybe give them a second or sixth chance, well they don't seem to get the memo,3/29/25. My food was actually outside the package, what a joke man! Trying to add a picture but it won't let me

Placed a mobile order in advance. Drive thru was super busy, so I changed pick up to curbside upon arrival. Waited in the car for 15 minutes, no service. Went in and waited at the desk for another 5 minutes to get my order. 20 minutes for an order placed ahead of time is ridiculous.
