Counter pick-up order. It was ready immediately after I walked in. Coming in from a bright Texas day, the restaurant seemed a little dark, and the seating area was relatively small, although sufficiently inviting.

I placed a mobile order around 10:40 pm tonight on 06/12/25. I waited 30 minutes in line, and after getting to the pick up window, they told me they didn’t see an order with my code. I confirmed that it was the right location, at 5230 Hwy 78, and showed them the code on my phone. Instead of fulfilling my order, they refused to give me any food, and told me to cancel the order. There’s no way to cancel the order through the app once it’s been placed, so now I’m out money with no food, and 30 minutes wasted. Awful service, I will not be back.

Much of the food at McDonald's has lost quality. The biscuits Eggs muffins as a few examples at breakfast. The app is almost useless. At least the restroom had paper towels. The service and food was OK. The price of my wife's biscuit and egg and bacon was almost 6 bucks just insane.

I bought a double quarter pounder with cheese yesterday, that burger had more salt on it than the sea. I actually got sick. There should be a measured amount you all put on the burgers and fries. So discuting I threw away my food. Update!! Ordered from this place to maybe give them a second or sixth chance, well they don't seem to get the memo,3/29/25. My food was actually outside the package, what a joke man! Trying to add a picture but it won't let me

Every single time I come to this place I always order either a vanilla or caramel iced coffee and they can never get it right Today I ordered a caramel iced coffee and the color is super dark. They don’t know how to make coffee

Placed a mobile order in advance. Drive thru was super busy, so I changed pick up to curbside upon arrival. Waited in the car for 15 minutes, no service. Went in and waited at the desk for another 5 minutes to get my order. 20 minutes for an order placed ahead of time is ridiculous.
Very rude. I asked to see if they could cancel a duplicate order because I was charged twice and the manager told me “that’s not my problem, there’s nothing we can do about it.”and said there was only one order when another lady told me there was 2. Then after I got my food which the fries were barely filled and the chicken nuggets were flat out cold. Employees are rude.

It's a shame that I cannot remove all stars, so I'll say the one star goes to the one nice staff that helped me. Just had a worst, horrible experience with this location with that one specific staff. Horrible. Extremely rude. I don't expect any professional, expert extraordinary kind customer service from a fast food joint. My motto is to order food, pay and leave with food as fast as you can. With this being said, none of this was possible with this place and add to it, very poor customer service by a mistake that was clearly made by the staff. This staff misunderstood my order. I ordered two meals and that was it but for some reason, when I was handed over extras that I didn't recognize since I didn't ordered them, I told the lady that handed me the food about it and immediately the lady that took my order came up to me and got very offensive. I tried to explain it to her about the extras she mistakenly added to my order and she just would not let me talk, refusing to listen and constantly talks over me with childish attitudes that even my 6 year old would not make the entire time such as rolling eyes, walking away waving hands to mock me etc. At least there was one nice lady that was willing to help me. The explanation did not take long to this nice lady and obviously she understood my order immediately. I asked her to explain that to that weird, rude staff. In the end, it was just getting ridiculous, how the staff would not own up to her mistake and just getting angry with me for some odd reason, I decided to cancel the entire order. Will most definitely NOT go back to this location for sure and do not recommend this place to anyone.
